We recently purchased this car seat for my 2 1/2 year old daughter. We have owned the Britax Marathon for about a year and a half but needed another seat for our second car. We love the Marathon as well but this is our new favorite seat. The fabric is beautiful as well as functional, the latches and straps are updated and a bit easier to use than the (also easy to use) Marathon. We have never been in an accident, thank God, but I feel safe knowing that she is in such a well made seat if the unfortunate were to ever happen. The side impact cushions seem like a good addition, they are hard plastic but have more "give" then I thought they would. It fits easily into our midsize SUV. Another car seat would fit on the other side, but I'm not sure how the fit would be if you had a second carseat in the middle of the row. A rear facing seat would probably fit just fine, but probably not a forward facing one. The fabric goes great with my tan interior, I'd probably choose another fabric if I had a black interior. My daughter loves riding in her new seat and seems to be very comfortable! We have only had it for a few weeks but our other Britax has worn well over the past year and a half, so I expect that this one will too.
