Love this stroller
March 21, 2014
I previously owned an UppaBaby Cruz and was really sad to part with it but we are expecting another baby soon so I wanted the versatility of a double, multi function stroller. Overall great stroller. Good Company. Great accessories.Read the rest of this review for pros and cons.
Pros:Pros: The stroller pushes well through regular terrain and snow! We live on the east coast and with all these storms I was able to take a mound of snow with no problem. It was easy to assemble, even at 9 1/2 months pregnant by myself. The basket is large and easily accesible,I love the zipper feature it conceals your basket items with no trouble, folds easily as we have been using it as a single until baby arrives. Easy to lift and put in my SUV, folds pretty flat. Price! Was able to get a 2013 double stroller for a great price! Score! Love the color, nice and bright. Great Canopy coverage, great recline.Mesh pocket on the back of seats for cell phone, wipes, wrislet etc if going for a quick stroll/for the minimalist. Love the side break ability. Telescoping handlebar.
Cons:Cons: The basket doesn't seem very stable,it's like a double, stretch mesh all around. My Cruz had canvas like sides and a reinforced cardboard bottom that made grocery shopping a breeze and made me feel confident that it would not rip.I'm afraid to put anything too heavy in the jogger basket. My son is 31 months, about 34 inches tall and weighs 33 lbs he fits perfectly in the seat length, height, width wise, but Im afraid if he grows anymore or gains anymore weight it would be hard for him to fit comfortably in the seat. We'll see. The belt buckle is tight when my son wears his winter coat,we adjust the straps as lax as they can get. The peekaboo window is a mesh over plastic, would rather have mesh only easier to see little one.Seat back is a mesh material near babies head, great for summer/spring maybe too much for a cold winter or breezy fall(depends) .Accessories can be expensive, but shop around for deals their are several.
Best Uses:Singleton: One baby but want more children(grows with family)
Multiples,Twins and an older child using kick board
