Besides the poles for shade being damaged and sending multiple emails with no response....
The wagon is convient. I love how much room there is and how you can change the seats around. It is hard to steer though and pulls hard to the right. Even with nothing in it, it pulls to the right. It is pretty heavy and bulky so it is hard to lift up into a vehicle alone. I don't want to be scratching up my new car.

If you’re a mom of multiple kids the W4 is perfect! I have 3 kids, ages 7, 3 and newborn. We needed something that could fit all 3 when needed but also carry extras. It does take some time to get used to opening/folding and fitting in smaller spaces. But overall satisfied with our purchase.

We got one while they were 20 percent off and I’m thrilled that we did!! It was amazing for my 3 kids on a recent vacation. We used it at the zoo, mall, and parks/splashpads. So many positive comments from onlookers. I added a pic of my sister and I pushing them since she’s the reason I got one. If you have 3/4/5 kids this thing is a must. I know the price looks scary but I don’t think you’ll regret it!!

With three kids under 3, it has become a challenge to find a suitable stroller to transport my family while still being able to fit on a standard sidewalk. The Wonderfold Wagon provides that and more! Though the wagon is a bit heavy (though not much heavier our current triple running stroller), it is compact enough to easily fit on the sidewalk/through doorways and large enough that we can fit our kids with room to spare if we buy something while we’re out shopping. Definitely don’t regret this purchase!

I love this wagon for my grandchildren! It's so versatile and the seats can be easily removed and replaced. I keep it handy so when my daughter arrives with our 3 year old and 8 month old grandchildren I can scoop them up and head out for a walk or right into the house.
