As your child gets older, you’re going to need a bed. Not a crib, or bassinet. Twin-size and full-size beds are what you want to consider. There’s nothing wrong with a queen- or king-sized bed, but you’re going to lose floor (play) space for a bed that is quite large for a child that size.
