So, I gave 5 stars because there's nothing WRONG with the adapter. The thing is, you might not need it. I bought the bassinet and couldn't figure out if it would come with an adapter or not, so I figured, heck, I'll get it. I read reviews saying returns were difficult on this site, but I wanted to just get the adapter in case I needed it and deal with it later if I didn't need it.

So, it all arrived and the bassinet DID come with an adapter. So, I have two. I called customer service and the return of the extra adapter was SO EASY! They knew that it was confusing when ordering, so they sent me a free label to ship it back to them, at no cost to me. That is some great customer service, so those reviews I saw were wrong!

I think this is a great product and a great company. :) That's why I gave 5 starts to a product I didn't keep. BUT... one improvement would be to make it more clear why you would need to buy this. I still kind don't understand why it's sold separately when one comes with the bassinet.
