We received our gate tried to install seemed pretty easy based on video that you get through text message. However, the gate was damaged and the gate would not hook where it was supposed to. I contacted Summer Infant they said it will take up to a week for replacement and have to send the old one back. We will see how the new one works and I will update my review. Also the color to me looks like a rustic grey but in person it is a light brown.
