Toddler (2.5) is able to pull cord and use toy on own. It moves around the tub. My kids love it during bath time but it only holds their attention for a short time.

This toy is wonderful! My son uses it frequently & hasn't tired of it at all. I can't believe people panned this toy because it didn't travel around the tub well enough. It's a pull toy. The puller moves the propeller, and fairly well I might add. The drain spouts guarantee limited/delayed mold production. Other toys are black after a few weeks but this one is still great after a few months.

Fun addition to the toddler bath!

Submarine monkey is funny and our baby girl likes to play with it. It's a great addition to her bath specially because she is learning how to cause the movement and explore why monkey is floating or sinking. I agree with previous review that it moves very slow, but still, it is worth it.
