Shermag Glider and Ottoman Combo Cherry Finish with Fern Microfiber

I purchased this online after going to Babys 'R Us and finding that this same chair was $60 more there. They also told me there that I could not get it for 3 months. After ordering here for cheaper, I recceived it with free shipping in a week or so. The finish says cherry, but it is a dark cherry - it really matches our Espresso furniture better. It makes a small amount of noise when it glides, but nothing too annoying. Overall, I think it is a great value considering that some ottomans alone cost this much money in addition to the cost of the glider - you get both with this. It is a good name and quality chair that is not the best money can buy but it is good quality for a great price. I would not buy one of the $150 glider/ottoman combos based on poor reviews with different brands that cost this much. When I received the shipment, the base of the glider had a break in the wood from shipping. I was really annoyed because I thought it would be a pain to package it all back up and wait a long time to get it fixed. I emailed customer service the next day and they called me the same day saying that they had shipped a new base and I could discard the old one. I received this within the week! While I think the chair is pretty good, I am more impressed with their customer service!
