The bassinet and lounger are so nice to have but the vibration feature is already on its last leg. We did try changing the batteries and it did not help. Sounds like the motor is going out.

This is a awesome pack n play my daughter uses this everyday. Between the bassinet and changing table we didn't need anything extra. you won't be sorry with this purchase

I bought this for my daughter last year. Used for diaper changer a few times and put away until she was older as we had a bassinet for her. Stored in my home in my room. Took it out to start using the pack n play and the bottom is ripping out. My lo weighs 19lbs. It's like the material is just falling apart. Never stored anywhere but my bedroom: very disappointing. Paid quite a lot and now when I need to use it the most I can't.

There were some difficulties during assembly, specifically the napper/bassinet. The product includes all the necessities and is adaptable to the different situations you will encounter.

I received this before my daughter was born and I have been able to use this up until she was 2. The top little seat, bassinet part and changing table worked amazing when she was a newborn. Especially because she hated a bouncer but loved the comfy seat that this provided her. The under part has been so nice for her as a bed for her to learn to sleep on her own.

When putting it together it was all pretty simple. I did have to have my husband help me with the seat and changing table because I kept getting confused and putting the bars in the wrong way.

The product is easy to put together, comfort for our baby and has a stylish pattern that we loved! It has many features, several height settings and we really loved the finished touch with the mobile!

The playard arrives in a box with three compartments each containing the playard, the diaper changer, and carrier. Pull out each section of items separately. The instructions are included and easy to follow.

The playard is easy to set up. Remember to pull up on the side railings before pushing down on the bottom of the playard. It includes a soft mattress, which can be removed when you need to fold up the playard for travel or storage. The mattress has snaps and velcro to the underside of the playard to keep it in place. A storage bag was included. There is an insert net to install to raise the playard mattress for babies. The net can be removed to lower the mattress when baby grows.

The baby changer is lined with a soft material. The changer can be removed from the playard when your precious one outgrows it.

The carrier also contains soft material and has 2 interchangeable sets of bars for rocking or non-rocking. The carrier has a rotating mobile to entertain your little one. The carrier also has a built-in vibrating box with low or high settings.

Graco supplies a music activity box with volume controls and a five minute succession button to extend play as long as you desire. There are frontal and back lights to turn on when desired. The music activity box easily attaches to any place on the railings of the playard.

A side tray for baby products' (I.e. diapers, wipes, change of clothes, small toy) is included, which I placed to the end of the playard next to the changer.

This is a well-thought out, versatile product, efficient to use and effective for needs. I love it, and recommend this be your next baby shower gift.

This is a great all-in-one pack-n-play. There is a mobile that the baby loves. The changing table and side holders are perfect for easy changings. This will definitely grow with the baby. The removable seat is perfect to allow him to be laid down but close. As a grandparent, this is the perfect all-in-one set up that doesn't take up much room.

This product is the best piece of equipment for parents or grandparents.

Perfect for traveling, baby slept so well in the bassinet! Took awhile to set up the first time, directions weren't the best.

It qas the best gift for my cousin's preemie. They are grateful for the quality and safety features of the pack n play. I had Graco with my 3 sons (teenagers now) and I only buy Graco for gifts.

The pack n play design itself deserves 5 stars, i love how versatile it is, assembly was fairly easy for us as well. I only gave it 3 stars due to the fact the We clearly received a return. Part of the pack n play was assembled which resulted in duplicate pieces being sent to us. The pack n play also had some dirt marks on it as well. Other then the unlikely mishap we had I highly recommend this pack n play.

Our little one hasn't arrived yet but we are very excited about the convenience of the pack n' play! My husband put it together easily and was able to figure out how the components work. As others mentioned the top bits need to come off completely to use the main sleep/play area.

I have not currently used this for my baby yet, as he is currently still cooking. But the set up was very easy and I'm so glad to have something where I can change him and have a little portable bassinet that I can keep downstairs or take to his grandparents houses! Super excited and can't wait to use it

Good afternoon. I need the exact measurements of the mattress in this pen. they are not mentioned in the product instructions.

My mother in law bought this for me for my baby shower. Since the day I brought home my son we have used it. He is a year old now and we still use it. He loves it.. we used the bassinet for the longest time and then we moved to the big part and I have just recently took the changing table insert off due to him being to heavy and adventures.

It's perfect and has so many features! It's difficult to set up using just the instruction manual but there are videos on YouTube that help a lot!

Love the different aspects of this pack n' play, which will grow with baby from an infant to toddler. We haven't been able to use it yet since baby isn't due until September. It looks super compact, i love it! my baby hasn't born yet so we haven't tried. All i can say is... it looks good quality and safe.

The directions are awful. There are extra parts not listed anywhere and the bassinet part is completely unusable at this point. DO NOT BUY if you want to use the reversible bassinet. If two people with advanced degrees cannot decipher the directions or figure this heap of junk out then it isn't worth the hefty price tag.

Just got it in the mail today, husband couldn?t wait to put it together. Instructions a little difficult to follow but not impossible. Took less then an hour to assemble, the rocker being the most difficult. Looks sturdy and long lasting.
