The longer, skinnier tip was exactly what I needed for my preemie babies.

Took some time to get the hang of removing snot from the nose, but our boy doesn't mind it. Music helps and to distract, and hold his attention also.

The product is excellent. My dilemma is what tip I use for my newborn baby (2 weeks old)? I use the short one. Is it safe for my baby to use the long tip? I didn' t find anywhere in manual.
