ORDERING

How can I track my order?

We will email you as soon as your order ships with a shipping confirmation and tracking info. Additionally, if you have an Albee Baby account, just sign in and view your purchase history. You’ll see which orders are on the way and can access tracking info, as well.

How can I know that my order has been received?

Once you place your order, you will be emailed a confirmation from us (make sure to check your junk folder!).

Do you take backorders?

We do not offer backorders on out-of-stock items.

REWARDS PROGRAM

How do I sign up for the rewards program?

Visit our Rewards Program page, provide the requested info, and you’re good to go.

What are the rewards program benefits?

The Albee Baby Rewards Program allows you to earn up to 20% back on all qualifying offers (that’s up to 20 points for every $1 spent). You can also earn rewards by referring friends and writing approved product reviews.

What can I use my rewards points on?

Your rewards points can be applied to any future purchase.

When will rewards points show up on my account?

Rewards points will be applied to your account and available for use after the shipment of your order.

Do my rewards points expire?

Any reward will expire one year from the date that the reward is first made available in your account

How do I use rewards points on my purchase?

To redeem points to use on a purchase, sign into your Albee Baby account. The My Rewards tab will show your rewards balance, and allow you to select an amount to redeem (in $1, $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 increments). Once you select an amount to redeem, a store credit will be added to your account (please note that you must be signed in to your account to use your rewards). The credit will automatically show in checkout during your next purchase - just click the green ?Apply’ button under the order total.

Will I earn rewards points on an order with a coupon code?

All purchases are eligible to earn rewards. Rewards multipliers will not be earned if purchasing a previously discounted item or if a coupon code has been applied to your order.

PAYMENTS

What methods of payment can I use?

Albee Baby accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Albee Baby Gift Cards. We also allow for payment processing via PayPal.

Can I use multiple forms of payment?

We are unable to process an order with multiple forms of payment.

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

Sales tax is applied and will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped. Online purchases are not exempt from the collection of sales tax.

How do I use my gift card?

Albee Baby gift cards are delivered via email, and include a unique gift code. Once you have added an item and are in checkout, simply enter the code in the Coupon/Gift Code field.

BILLING & CHARGES

What is a credit card authorization?

Once an order is placed, a pre-authorization - or pending charge/hold - for the full amount of your purchase will be applied to your credit card. The authorization is typically removed automatically within a week, but can vary depending upon your specific financial institution.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged for the cost of each item as it ships.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment or Albee Baby merchandise credit. Please note that it may take 10 - 14 business days for a return to be processed and a refund or merchandise credit to be issued. Depending upon your financial institution, your refund will typically take between 3 - 5 business days for the credit to be applied.

SHIPPING

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders for in-stock items placed prior to 2pm EST will generally ship the same day. Otherwise, orders for in-stock items will ship within 2 business days. If you are purchasing an item that is listed as a preorder, we provide the most up-to-date ETA on the product page. If you are purchasing an item that is shipping directly from the brand, it may take up to 2 weeks to ship.

When can I expect to receive my order once placed?

Once your order ships, you can expect to receive your package within 3 - 5 business days (west coast orders will take the longest to arrive).

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free Ground shipping on all orders over $49, and charge a flat handling rate of $4.95 on all orders under $49.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do not offer the option to expedite shipping on an order.

Can I ship an order internationally?

Albee Baby only ships to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do NOT currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico.

Can I ship to an AFO, FPO, or PO Box address?

Albee Baby does not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses

What do I do if I don't receive a shipment?

If you are missing an item(s) or shipment(s), please contact us within 30 days of the order ship date. Please email orders@albeebaby.com, and include your order number and explanation of your missing item(s) or shipment(s).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel an order prior to shipment. Once a shipping label is generated, we are unable to cancel an order.

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I change my mind or don't like it?

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase, as long as the merchandise is unused and in its original packaging with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. All furniture items will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on the product page.

How do I begin the returns process?

To initiate a return, email returns@albeebaby.com. Please include your order number and reason for return to ensure faster processing. Our returns department will provide a shipping label and include the quote for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that it may take 10 - 14 business days for a return to be processed and a refund or store credit to be issued.

COUPONS, PROMOTIONS & SALES

How do I use my coupon code?

Once you have added an item and are in checkout, simply enter the code in the Coupon/Gift Code field.

Can I combine my coupon code with other promotions?

Our monthly coupon code is an online-only promotion and cannot be combined with any other promotions (including rewards multipliers).

Will my coupon code work on items that are already on sale?

Our monthly coupon code is not valid on any already discounted products, gift certificates, certain manufacturers, as well as items under $200.
