Cybex Solution X-Fix Booster Car Seat - Pure Black

I have this booster for my older son. I bought it based on its safety ratings. My son finds it easy to buckle himself in (unlike other booster seats we have used) and he thinks its cool enough looking.

This was perfect for our needs. My daughter started Kindergarten this year and needed to be able to get out of the car by herself in the morning drop off line. She was sill well within the weight guidelines for her 5 point harness seat, as she is small. And it actually converted to a booster that would have carried her a couple of more years. However, it sat up too high for her to reach around and unbuckle. I didn't want to put her in a booster yet considering her small stature. However, after researching, I came across this item and it works perfectly. She is at the lowest weight allowed for the seat, and so still would have felt more comfortable going another year in the 5 point seat. But she feels like a big girl, being able to get out by herself. So far, so good!

My granddaughter wanted to graduate from her five point harness seat when she turned six, I did not want her to lose the protection of what she called her "baby seat". She loves this seat and feels more grown up sitting in it, but I still know she has head protection and comfort. We are both happy.

My extra tall five-year-old son absolutely loves this seat because it's cozy, the neck piece is comfy for him to sleep in without his head rolling forward, and I love it because the latch system is super simple to detach and re-attach. (That's a lot more than I can say for most car seats.) So we are happy!

Best car seat I have ever owned

We were hesitant to transition our daughter from a five point harness to a booster. However she is almost 7 and her seat was nearing expiration. This seat installs easily, is super comfortable (says my child) and she adores the pink and purple colors. The safety awards, side impact protection, and the headrest won us over.

After an exhaustive search looking for the best and more comfortable booster chair for my twin boys, i wasn't convinced of Graco (one of the most popular brands) or other expensive ones that seemed too bulky, this time, I decided to raise the budget and buy a more reliable and safer brand/product. I hated to see my kids seating on practically plastic (chairs with little padding made long trips awful for my kids) or made cheaply, after all, safety goes first and for these type of products, I personally think we shouldn't focus on price but quality and high standards and definitely, I made the right decision when I purchased this chair. The design and quality are incomparable, the latches completaly attach to the car's back seat without any trouble and easy installation, preventing the booster to slide back and forth or even become a projectile in case of accident. The padding was just perfect, I added some more padding for extra comfort but it was much better than the other lower priced boosters. The fabric is soft and good quality and overall, these chairs are sturdy, not too bulky and most of all, safe. I highly recommend it to any family and the chair also adjust to your kids length, so it will worth every penny after a few years of use. Now, I have happy boys traveling in the car and that is what is all about.

Had to return. This booster does not fit into my vehicle properly. I heard it has issues with that a lot. I suggest you find a certified car seat specialist to make sure it's properly installed bc it doesn't sit in a Jeep Grand Cherokee correctly bc of the head rests and the belt is impossible to not be twisted using this seat which is a no no.

I had the first version of this seat from about 3 years ago in red. This one has improved cushioning from its original. I love it and so does my 6 yr old. Would definitely encourage others to purchase.

The reason I purchased this booster is because of the safety rating. My 4 year old grand-daughter who weights 40 Lbs. and is 40" tall, falls asleep often and the reclining headrest was an important safety feature. Her head drooped down in her other seat which was rated for up to 100 lbs.with a 5 point harness and was tilted back in the lowest recline position possible. It was very uncomfortable looking and not to mention unsafe. The X-Fit has a high quality, sturdy shell and a very comfortable, washable seat cushion. The installation was a breeze with the latch guides and with this unique latch system the seat does not move or tilt. I am very pleased with the X-Fit Booster.

Very pleased with this booster. Easily adjusts. Belt stays flat. Attaches securely to latch anchors so it's not flopping around.

We love this seat. It slides out to recline and the head rest also tilts, making this very comfortable, and great for long road trips and kids who want to sleep! I feel that my kids are safe in this this seat. It is well built. We bought one for our oldest child a couple years ago, and i didn't even consider another car seat when it came time to buy my youngest a booster. Only downfall is that the base is not supposed to be used without the back. But, I feel more secure with my children using the high back, anyway.

I had a Britax before this and loved it but it expired and I found this and decied to try it after checking many reviews and videos, I will be buying this brand for my baby when she gets bigger for sure my son and I both love it the head recline/ tilt is wonderful when he falls asleep and it is easier to put the seat belt in place great design

This Booster is great! Fits perfectly in my Acadia, and the anchor routers are a huge help! My son is almost 5 and is very tall for his age, and he fits perfectly. He loves how the fabric feels and that the seat has a recline option. Cybex is a great company, the seat feels very sturdy and safe. Albee Baby was easy to work with and the seat arrived within 2 days of my order.

i got the seat for my four year old daughter and she like it so much that i got the second for my six year old son. very happy with the seat allowed my kids sleep safely with out there head falling down. my son use to have the Britax Parkway SGL Belt-Positioning Booster Sea and he preforms the cybex over britax.

Needed second seat for growing grand son. Seat provides exceptional safeTy peotection with easy install n removal of seat from car when not needed seat has multiplayer adjustment to grow with child and seat looks good and ease to use

It has a sleek, European design with a beautiful color and comfortable fabric. My daughter loves it. The only thing is the latch may not be suitable for Japanese cars.
