Britax Boulevard 70 CS Car Seat in Blue Print

When my twins turn ten month old, I looked for something they could easy fit into with the priority of safety. Based on reviews, the Britax Boulevard is the safest car seat. It is easy to put the boys in; however it is quite heavy. If I don't have to remove it out of my vehicle, we try not to. I would recommend this to those that are interested. You do get what you pay for.

My son is above the 98th percentile for babies so he grew out of his infant seat by 6 months, I wish we would have had this seat from the beginning, I feel so confident of it's safety and my 7 month loves it, he would cry and cry in his infant seat and with this one he plays quietly then falls asleep or just looks out the window. I recently got the marathon car seat because of visiting my parents in NY and I wish we could have found this model instead, he does't care for the marathon, back to crying when he is put in it. The functionality of the boulevard over the marathon is far superior as well, after using both models I am far more pleased with this model and am glad I spent the extra money, although Albee baby had the best price out there, the marathon cost me $200 at Target and for $50 dollars more I was able to get the boulevard at Albee baby, way better deal!

We are overall happy with this car seat. Our son switched to this car seat when he was a year (30 inches and 23 #) and he is fine in it. He never had a problem with his infant seat though. My husband did have some difficulty with installation but it still only took about 20 minutes. This is in our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee behind the passenger. There is plenty of room for the passenger as well as you can still fit two people (besides the baby) in the back seat. I would recommend this seat to others. The color is more of a gray blue so I think it is gender neutral. We got a good deal at Albee Baby, free shipping and it arrived in 2 days.

Easy to install. The husband can get creative with some of the included instructions, but we took it to a car seat safety point and had it inspected and it was fine. I have a tall baby that is rear facing and she does very well in this seat. The longest we've driven is about 4 hours in it so far, but she never seems to fuss because of discomfort (she cried after 30 minutes in the carrier seat).

I was shopping for a seat that is smallest in all dimensions since many seats on the market got extremely large.

I've been very pleased with this seat so far. My daughter has been riding in it for about 1.5 months. It's very comfortable for her, escpecially the side flaps at the top. She leans her head back and falls asleep. I only gave it 4 stars because it is a very big seat and takes up a lot of room. However, I do think that it provides a lot of protection, and safety is what is most important to me. It's a very sturdy seat. I like the snap and click feature because it let's me know that the straps are tight enough. Overall, I think this seat is great!

I ordered and received 3 of the Boulevard CS car seats. They were packaged well and looked great when I took them out of the box. Britax makes an outstanding product. It was extremely easy to install, the seat and cover are of very high quality, and I can relax knowing that my child is safe and secure in his car seat. I highly recommend!
