What is Open Box?

Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.

Where Do They Come From?

Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.

Warranty Coverage

Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Travel System Compatible

The Vivace stroller easily becomes a Travel System with the use of any of the Primo Viaggio 4-35 Infant Car Seats. Our Car Seat Adapter, part number IKCS0018 (sold separately), makes Vivace compatible with most Maxi Cosi car seats.

Our wheels have high visibility finishes including reflective trim, ideal for early morning and evening walks. User friendly brake system, easily accessible with one-foot operation.

One handed steering, one handed closing. The eco-leather handlebar provides comfort as well as agile steering even with one hand. While the centralized folding control on the handle provides convenient one-handed opening and closing.

Roomy, reinforced basket

The large, easy-to-access basket has a reinforced rigid bottom allowing heavy loads. High-visibility finishes, including reflective trim, make early morning and evening walks safer than ever.

Compact folding

Compact folding with the seat secured in either forward or rear facing positions. Great stand alone and space-saving features.
