What qualifies for a price match?

We'll try our best to match the price of identical items—including the same model, color, and included accessories—from authorized U.S. retailers, as long as the item is in stock on both sites. We can not match discounts on open box products from other retailers. Please note that we’re only able to match prices that are published online or in print; we cannot honor verbal offers. Price match requests are subject to review, and we reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion. Price matches cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

How do I request a price match?

Simply fill out the form above with the competitor’s product link, a screenshot of the lower price, and the Albee Baby product you’re requesting a match for.

Do you match sale or promotional prices?

Yes, we consider price match requests for full-price items as well as sale and promotional pricing.

Can I request a price match after I’ve already placed an order?

Price match requests should be submitted prior to purchase, but if you’ve already placed an order, please reach out to our customer service team—we’ll do our best to assist you.

How long does it take to hear back?

Our team typically reviews and responds to price match requests within 1–2 business days.
