Open Box Items

Everything you need to know about our open box products

What is Open Box?

Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.

Where Do They Come From?

Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.

Warranty Coverage

Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

What's Included?

Open-box items include everything you’d get with a brand-new product. We double-check every piece and accessory, and if anything’s missing, it won’t hit the shop. They ship in the original packaging, which may look a little compromised but is perfectly intact!

Description

Front Carry

Hip Carry

Back Carry

Babies can be carried facing the chest from birth. The baby carrier encourages the correct posture in the spread-squat position, which can help the hip joints to develop correctly.

Babies that can hold their own head (from around 3-4 months) can also be carried in the side position. This allows them to rest against mom's or dad's shoulder while taking in their surroundings.

Babies with good head and upper body control (from around 6 months) can be carried in the YEMA on your back, making is easy for parents to bear the baby's weight.

A collaboration between a profoundly unconventional artist and a company dedicated to sleek design and best-in-class safety might seem unlikely at first blush, but these two contrasting backgrounds and viewpoints share one fundamental desire - to test, bend and inevitably break the boundaries of conventional design. Which is why Jeremy Scott and CYBEX agreed to work together for a third time and develop a collection that's as whimsical as it is stylish. "Cherubs" is a vibrant collection that offers humorous interpretations of classic motifs punctuated by bold and exciting colors. Not only do these pieces offer the ultimate in comfort and safety for your own precious cherub, they also allow you to shop, travel and socialize with ease while looking as hip and fashionable as you feel. Urban fashion meets childlike joie de vivre. The result? A CYBEX that gives you wings.

Style-conscious parents will love the Yema for its sleek design while babies benefit from the close contact. Thanks to the seamlessly adjustable seatpanel and the adjustable headrest the carrier grows with your child. It is suitable from birth to two years (approx. 8 to 26 lbs, up to 33") and offers three carrying positions: front parent facing position, hip carry position, and back carry position. These positions promote a natural spread squat that is important for baby's hip development.

  • Front carry position: Babies can be carried facing the chest from birth. The baby carrier encourages the correct posture in the spread-squat position, which can help the hip joints to develop.
  • Hip carry position: Babies that can hold their own head (from around 3 months) can also be carried in the side position. This allows them to rest against mom's shoulder while taking in their surroundings.
  • Back carry position: Babies with good head and bottom control (from around 6 months) can be carried in the YEMA on your back, making it easy for parents to bear the baby's weight.
