What is Open Box?
Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.
Where Do They Come From?
Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.
Warranty Coverage
Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

The City Mini® 2/City Mini® GT2 Pram offers your newborn a soft and comfortable spot to ride with a luxurious quilted interior, a large UV 50+ canopy, a foot cover and wind guard to help protect baby from the elements. The stroller pram features upgraded fabrics in rich colors that have a soft, textured feel you and baby will love. The plush mattress pad is machine washable and it stays cool in the summer with an air vent in the canopy to increase airflow. Includes the adapters needed to attach the pram to the stroller.

Care:
- Mattress cover and foot cover are machine washable on warm gentle cycle and using mild detergent. Do not use bleach, iron, press, or place in dryer. Lay flat to dry. Pram base, canopy and mattress pad should be wiped clean using a damp cloth. Do not bleach or iron.
