Using a WonderFold with a Newborn
The standard seats on the WonderFold stroller wagons featured here begin at 6 months, when a child can use the seat and harness as directed. A newborn should not ride loose in the wagon carriage or in the standard seat before meeting the model's age and developmental requirements.
WonderFold offers model-specific infant car seat adapters for selected W and L Series wagons. Choose the adapter made for your exact wagon and confirm that your infant car seat model appears on the current compatibility list. The adapter is sold separately unless a product title specifically says it is included.
Measure Your Trunk and Check Destination Rules
A WonderFold can replace multiple seats and carry a full day of family gear, but it is substantially larger than a compact stroller. Measure the trunk opening as well as the cargo floor, because a folded wagon still has to clear the opening. Decide whether seats or wheels must come off for your vehicle and whether you can lift the wagon without help.
Check the rules anywhere you plan to bring it. Walt Disney World currently prohibits stroller wagons for standard guest use. Airlines, attractions, stadiums, and event venues set their own size and handling policies.
