What is Open Box?
Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.
Where Do They Come From?
Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.
Warranty Coverage
Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Add cushioned comfort to your rest stop. Air Pad is the ultimate ground cushion for Basecamp and beyond. Air Pad self-inflates, with a large safe valve. It is uniquely customized to sit perfectly under Basecamp for safe use with little ones. A built-in knee pad makes for comfortable in-out. When you are done, simply roll it to deflate and store. Attaches to Cruiser for hands-free transport.
