I do not have enough good things to say about our Thule double stroller and accessories. I just received this item not even a week ago and not that I was hoping for rain to try it out or anything...but it totally rained and I am so glad I had put it on the stroller when it was overcast outside. Despite that I was soaked my girls were totally dry! The cover is so easy to put on and it looks really cool, I mean REALLY cool. I think its probably better for a drizzle (who actually wants to go for a walk in the pouring rain) but I can attest to a summertime North Carolina downpour..it held up, kept my girls dry, and looked good.
