Every special young one who comes into my world receives a Skip-Hop backpack. Though the gift is for the baby, I usually ask "mom and dad" to select their animal of choice. Why? I explain that the gift is for the baby, but the parents are the ones who have to look at it. They usually get very excited about picking their favorite animal. This is the third backpack like this that I have bought for my grandchildren from birth on up. Moms love them for carrying the extra toys, blankets or whatever. The kids love the character on the bag and will often times take it to the library to put books in. Well made and amazingly spacious. Love them !!!
