I did very much enjoy the height adjustment feature on this bouncer, it was nice to have my baby at a higher level while lounging, eating dinner, etc. That said, there was not many more features that held up to my expectations. The straps on the bouncer did not hold up well and began fraying after about 3 weeks of use; the material of the bouncer seemed to dirty easily & quickly. I was not fond of how straight up the bouncer sits, in comparison to our previous bouncer which seemed to cocoon the baby much more. I found it difficult to use with my infant until he had better head/neck control. The location for the hole to unlock the bouncer is in a very awkward place & it is very easy to accidentally pop the seat back into a locked position while putting away to store. Overall, I would not recommend this product.
