I used this Cover at Sam's Club in their very large carts. At first I was wondering if it would work, because it did seem a little tight. But it worked fine. I like that it also has a buckle not only for the cart, but for the baby. And it folds into itself into a pouch that makes it easy to store in the car. I have seen others with padding, but that just makes them bulky and this will be much easier to wash and dry when needed. Now that we are teething, it was great to know he couldn't chew on the handle. The price was good too on sale for $20.
Pros

Best Uses
- Shopping carts. I'm sure it would be good on a booster seat too.
Cons
- A little tight on a Sam's shopping cart, but not too tight to use. It sort of pulls the seat, but the weight of the baby helps. If you notice pictures, it worked just fine.
