I got it because my sister has them for both her boys and i thought it would be good. No it's so freaking quiet there's no point. I told my sister and she said "yeah they're hit or miss, I've been through five of them already because some are super quiet or just stop working" why she keeps buying them? No clue lol

With its price, I guess I just expected more. I love Skip hop products but it would be nice if it had more options for projector or for the stars to move. Baby unfortunately has not been interested. I appreciate the quality and I'll probably end up using it as a nightlight when baby is older.

Stopped working after 4 months

We received this soother on our baby registry. We have been using it for ~4 months, but last night it stopped working. We checked the USB plug with another device and the plug was still working, so we think the Elephant is broken. 

We really like this soother because it helps our twin girls sleep at night. We would expect something like this to last a long time, not just 4 months.

We purchased the elephant after our owl stopped working correctly (Oshkosh was AMAZING on helping us out with that), and I wish I would have started out with the elephant. The belly is more of a comforting glow where the owl lit up the room. The star protector is an absolute favorite in both! We couldn't do bedtime without these nightlights!

I like it but don't love it

This sound machine is so cute. It has an adorable nightlight on it that my son loves to look it. However the quality of the white noise is not great. It sounds muffled. For the cost I was expecting more because I have a $20 sound machine that sounds way better and has a battery backup. I am already looking to replace it since the quality is poor.

I just bought this. Been having issues with my daughter the last 3 nights due to trying to sleep train her. I bought and set this up tonight and she has slept for almost 5 hours straight without waking and crying. I actually got up to check on her because I thought she died. But nope she is still breathing just sleeping the most restful sleep I think she had all week.

The stars only move front to back. The circle for the stars in only approximately 2-3 feet wide. The pictures make it seem like it will illuminate an entire ceiling.

We have been using this with our son since he went into his own crib at 4 months old. He's now over two and we just bought a second one to bring with us when he sleeps overnight at the grandparent's house. It is very easy to use and our first one has withstood a lot of travel and still works perfectly! I like the different options for lights and sound- highly recommend!

My daughter loves this!

We use this every night to help my daughter sleep. It looks adorable in my daughters elephant themed room. The projection isn't that great but everything else is awesome. This is super easy to use and has multiple sounds to soothe your little one to sleep. We use the rainforest setting and keep the night light on the bottom dim. Very cool setting let's you change the brightness of the nightlight! Over all we love this product!
