our baby isn't old enough to pull this around yet but from inspection, looks like a quality product and no concerning pieces that would injure a child. We bought quite a few Skip Hop items for our child and they appear to all be items of good quality & safe for kids.

This is a really strong toy! Pulled back it goes for long distances. That being said, I think it will become more enjoyed as my six month old gains mobility. Bonus is the cat also enjoys it!
