The nasal aspirator in this kit is below par. It falls apart every time I attempt to use it. The fingernail clippers are bulky and hard to keep hold of when trying to wrestle a child who hates his nails trimmed. Overall, it all works (except the nasal aspirator) but I think there are much better quality products out there.
