What is Open Box?
Open-box items are brand-new finds that were simply returned or had their box opened along the way. We lovingly inspect each one to make sure it’s complete, safe, and ready for a second chance at a happy home, although some may show small cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect use.
Where Do They Come From?
Our open-box treasures come from a few different places. Some are items that were returned unused, some were opened for photos or videos, and others arrived in boxes that got a little scuffed up. No matter where they come from, each one is fresh, complete, and ready for its new adventure with you.
Warranty Coverage
Open-box purchases include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Primo Viaggio All In One gives you safety and comfort throughout all the stages from birth to booster. Thanks to its adaptive design, Primo Viaggio All In One is used from birth up to an age of 10+ years.
As your child grows, adjust the 12-position headrest & harness in seconds to create the perfect fit. When it is time to transition to a booster, simply tuck the harness into the built-in storage compartment.

- Equipped with a 5-point safety harness
- Tri- Stage cushion system is included for comfort and support of a newborn’s neck and bottom. As your child grows, cushions can be removed to keep baby always properly positioned. Cushion is made of breathable Tencel twill.
