Abundance Boxy Backpack... True to it's Name...

This bag is AWESOME!! I am shamefully coming from a SkipHop Double Stroller bag and when I tell you, UPGRADE is an understatement. It lives up to it's name of ABUNDANCE. I have two little nuggets who require a lot of STUFF while on the go, and this accommodates everything I need for a full day out and about in the city. As a dad, I'm all about functionality and I HIGHLY recommend this product for anyone out there with multiple kids. Of course, the signature built in changing pad comes in handy when you out if public restrooms (yuck). It's well worth it to go with the Petunia Picklembottom Diaper Bags, I'll be purchasing another one for my wife's car as well!

Bad customer service

The bag is cute and has a great material. There's not an outside pocket for easily throwing in your car keys or wallet or anything else which is a downfall but I could live with. The reason for such a low review is it says this bag comes with stroller straps. Which it did BUT too short to fit around my stroller handle. My stroller is a basic/standard size. I called customer service and they told me, "those are not the straps we send with our bags and can't send you new ones but here's a link to purchase more" I just spent $210 on a diaper bag and you're not willing to accommodate me stroller straps AND you call me a liar then later realized that they were the companies straps. Very unpleased with this company. Overpriced and horrible to deal with
