Shipping, Returns & Claims
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy. All you need is your order number and zip code.
Return Policy
Eligibility & Timeframes
• Orders cannot be canceled once a shipping label is generated.
• Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
• Furniture items incur a 30% restocking fee, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Some items are special order and non-returnable. If so, this will be clearly noted on the product page.
Condition Requirements
• Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original carton with all packing materials, manuals, and registration cards.
• We do not accept dirty, washed, or used products.
• Returned items must be the exact product originally purchased.
If a return is received that is used or not the original item, no refund will be issued.
If you would like the item returned to you, you may provide a prepaid return shipping label. Otherwise, the item will be considered forfeited after 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following product categories:
• Open box items
• Feeding accessories
• Breast pumps
• Bathing accessories
• Lotions and powders
• Diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats, and wipes
• Video/audio tapes
• Mattresses, pillows, pillow covers, and changing pad covers
• Undergarments
All refunds and exchanges are subject to final approval by our Quality Control team.
Refund Processing
Please allow 10–14 business days for returns to be processed and for a refund or store credit to be issued.
Return Shipping Costs
General Policy
• Albee Baby does not assume return shipping costs.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless return coverage was purchased.
• The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund once the return is received.
Return Coverage through redo
• If return coverage is purchased at checkout, your return shipping label is included.
• All returns are still subject to the return policy guidelines.
• If coverage is not purchased, customers may still return items, but are responsible for shipping costs.
Shipping on Your Own
If shipping returns independently:
• We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post.
• Always request a tracking number for your records.
• We highly recommend insuring your package.
Albee Baby is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when a return label is not issued directly by Albee Baby.

Defective Items & Manufacturer Warranties
Items that are defective or covered under a manufacturer warranty do not qualify for a free return through Albee Baby.
If you believe your item is defective:
- Contact the manufacturer directly. Most brands can provide faster solutions, including repair or replacement.
- If you choose to return a defective item to Albee Baby instead, the return may be accepted in accordance with our return policy; however, return shipping costs will apply.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates & Locations
• Free Ground shipping on orders over $99
• $4.95 flat handling rate on orders under $99
• Some furniture items carry additional shipping charges (shown on product page and at checkout)
We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to:
APO / FPO addresses
PO Boxes
Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or Puerto Rico
Carriers & Delivery
• Orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground
• Orders typically ship within 2 business days
• Ground delivery to the West Coast may take an additional up to 5 business days
• Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages on different days
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Stock, Cancellations & Manufacturer-Shipped Orders
• Items are expected to be in stock at purchase; if unavailable, a customer service representative will contact you.
• Once a UPS tracking number is generated, the order can no longer be canceled.
Orders shipping directly from the manufacturer:
• May be unable to be edited or canceled once placed
• Any changes require manufacturer approval and are not guaranteed
• Lack of shipping confirmation does not mean the order can be stopped
• If changes are not possible, the order will ship as placed, and standard return policies apply
Delivery Issues
• UPS will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver your package. If a package is undeliverable or refused, there will be a $20.00 refusal fee plus our actual shipping costs which include the freight to and from the customer. Our "actual shipping costs" are not the $4.95 charge for orders under $99.
• Shipments marked as delivered but not received must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery notification.

International Forwarding Disclaimer
Albee Baby does not ship internationally and cannot be held responsible for items once they are forwarded overseas after reaching a U.S. forwarding destination.
Shipping Claims (redo Coverage)
How to File a Claim
If Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout, claims must be submitted directly through the Redo Claims Portal, linked at the top of this page.
What’s Covered
Redo Shipping Protection covers one (1) claim per order for the following scenarios:
• Lost packages
• Damaged packages
• Stolen packages after delivery
Once a claim is approved and completed, the coverage for that order is considered fulfilled and cannot be reused.
What’s Not Covered
Shipping Protection does not cover:
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please make sure to double-check all shipping information prior to completing your purchase.
• Issues unrelated to shipping (such as buyer’s remorse or product dissatisfaction)
• Additional claims after the original claim has been completed
Orders Without Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection was not purchased, Albee Baby is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen after delivery.
Fraud & Abuse Disclaimer
All claims are subject to review and verification. Fraudulent claims, abuse of coverage, or misrepresentation of delivery issues may result in claim denial and suspension of future Shipping Protection eligibility.
