OXO Tot Melamine Divided Plate - Teal

The pro for this plate is it was a hit with the kids and we all like a divided plate...most of what the kids eatvis "deconstructed" versions of the family meal. For me, the adult, the major cons were the plate felt big and clunky, it's not microwave safe for reheating food and top rack dishwasher safe isn't very helpful. I just end up handwashing it. So a cool plate, but not super user friendly.

Quality durable product. Center section nice option for dipping sauces. Great for kids that don't like their food to touch.

This plate is great! Super sturdy. It withstands the toddler game of "throw everything on the floor" and mom loves that it goes straight into the dishwasher! The section for sauce is super useful. Would buy this plate in more colors!

This productwas awesome for my picky eater. After seeing all the food neatly divided, she ate her dinner so nicely!!

We've been very pleased with this OXO product, using it to feed our 18 months old. A few times, it's landed on the floor from her flipping it on there from her high chair, as is expected, and you can't see any dents anywhere on it from the abuse. It's very well built and very easily to wipe clean or dishwash as well which is a nice plus. I would have love a tiny strip of rubber at the bottom for additional grip but overall this is really great

My toddler seemed to enjoy eating her dinner using her new plate. She doesn't typically care if her food is divided up so this was new for her. The quality is good; nice and solid but not heavy. My only reservation is if it's really okay to put hot foods on melamine...it says it's dishwasher safe so I guess it's okay?

This plate is great for older toddlers who don't like to throw their plates on the floor anymore. The dipping spot in the middle is my son's favorite spot! It's big and can hold a whole dinner. It dishwashes well. It doesn't have any grippers on the bottom, but it is heavy enough to stay on the table.

This plate is extremely sturdy and I love how it has so many sectionals. As always very good quality and durability.

Makes mealtime exciting but I will the 2 medium size sections can be a bit bigger to fit a bit more.
My son is excited to eat over it and that the foods "don't touch" and likes putting ketchup int the middle part.

This is a very well made plate however it's heavier than I thought it would be. Great for older kids but was too heavy for my 13 month old. I thought she would hurt herself if it got flung around or that she would damage something in the kitchen. But with that said, I would recommend this plate for children 4 and older. I'll keep this in the back of the cabinet for future use.

This handy little plate is great for picky eaters who don't like their foods touching (or just so you can see how much they ate of each thing you put on their plate easily)! It has 3 separate areas for main foods, and a small center area great for dipping sauces (ketchup, bbq sauce, ranch, hummus, etc...). Since the edges are raised up as well, it help items from sliding off the plate and onto the floor or table. I also found the areas to be a great size in terms of portions you would give!

The plate is also BPA free - which is something I look for in anything plastic related. There is also a bit of "weight" to the plate which makes it very sturdy and makes me think it will hold up much better to the harsh eating habits (banging, scraping, tossing, etc..) of toddlers over a longer period.

A few downsides: It is NOT microwave safe. Food needs to be warmed up separately and then transferred to the plate. It is also only top rack dishwasher safe - so something to be conscious of if you put it in there to get cleaned.

Overall, though a great product and one that I would recommend!

This is the first plate we've tried with the separate compartments. My 2yo loves that there is a special spot for his "dipping sauce" and I like that it helps me with portion sizes and making sure I have a well rounded meal on his plate. My one "gripe" is that it can't be used in the microwave...sometimes I'm a mac-n'-cheese mom and itt would be nice to be able to re-heat leftovers on this plate vs dirtying a separate dish. Otherwise its a great, sturdy little plate!

Great dividers and smooth finish so it's way easier to wash. The plate itself is pretty solid and heavier than I expected which makes it hard to slide around on the table when my 2.5 year old uses it.

This plate is so great! The dividers are high and help little hands scoop food onto utensils. My kid (who's not usually picky about food touching) loved the special section for sauce/ketchup/hummus/maple syrup, so somehow OXO upped the entertainment value on a plate. Go figure! Love that it's dishwasher safe. I found myself wishing for some non-slip rubber grip on the bottom, but so far, sliding hasn't been an issue, perhaps because it's heavier and more substantial than it looks.

We love this plate for our two and a half year old. The compartments are nice to keep foods apart. It cleans up incredibly well. And, if you have multiple, the plates stack nicely and stay organized.

WOW! Just WOW! This plate is AMAZING. I ordered it online a few weeks ago and was not sure what I was going to get. I have been looking for a high quality sectional plate for a while but was not satisfied with the ones I got. When this one came in I was immediately blown away. I will be ordering more in the future.

This plate is a substantial build, which is great because I know if I drop it, it won't break easily. I also appreciate the heft so that it won't be knocked over by the young person who is eating off it. The divided sections are great because it is easy to serve a picky eater. Great product!

I really like this plate. It is very easy to clean and I like that the sections have a high enough divider that food actually keeps separate for a picky toddler. The only downfall is that it is rather heavy and I am afraid that it will break if my two or three year old accidentally drops it (or throws it).

I use this plate for my 3 year old grandson. He doesn't make a big mess like he does with his other child plates. This plate is just the right size to hold all of his different foods(which he doesn't want touching each other), plus his drinking cup. It cleans up fast and easy. He loves it, so that's wonderful..

Received the tot divided plate yesterday. I Like the heaviness of the plate. 18 month old grandson can't drop it as easily. I like the divided compartments especially the small middle one. It's good for dipping catsup etc.

I love this plate! I previously have used the older Oxo Tot plates with removable training ring, but the size is getting a little too small for my growing child. What I love about the Melamine plate is that 1) larger food areas for bigger appetites 2) smooth, hard surface that will not get cut up by flatware 3) so easy to clean! The only thing missing in my book is that the previous Tot plates had silicone bottoms to keep the plate from slipping and sliding. This one isn't a problem for my 4 year old, but I could see it being a little challenging with younger children.

I've been looking for a solid, toddlerproof plate for my 2-year-old, and Oxo delivered again. The Oxo Tot plate is pretty much indestructible after repeated drops from the table to the floor. The dividers are great to keep foods separate for my picky toddler, and the circle in the middle of the plate is perfect to put ketchup for chicken nuggets and tater tots. I wish the plate had a rubber grip on the bottom, but the plate is hefty enough that it hardly slides around on my table. My DD loves her "big kid" plate. I would recommend getting it in a heartbeat!

Love how sturdy this plate is. Multiple compartments are great for meat, vegies and dip! Only wish it could go in the microwave.

The colors is great so you can buy for a boy or a girl. Also I think it's a decent size for snacks or a meal for a child.

This is the best kid's plate I have ever owned! I was shocked at the weight of it! This is not your average flimsy kid's plate. It just feels so.. solid. It has held up to multiple drops on the floor.

I love the sections. Especially the little one in the middle. We put dipping sauce in it & it stays contained.

Very nice big size. I like the divided tray but not a fan of the little circle section in the middle. Would have preferred just 3 sections. Cleans easily and very sturdy.

I love how heavy and sturdy this plate is! My son dropped it the very first day we received it and you couldn't even tell. I love all the separate areas, especially the perfect circle in the middle for sauce! Perfect little dipping area. We've only used this at home because it's not a suction plate, which my son will use at restaurants (he's 20 months old). I honestly think the only thing that would make this product perfect was if it were a suction product. I feel safer with my son using those to avoid messes. But all in all, this is a nice plate for toddler use.
