We used this to travel and it was one of the few strollers that would fit in the overhead bin of the airplane! It was amazingly convenient as you don’t have to wait for your stroller to come in at gate check. You can unfold w one hand and be off in your way!

Love this stroller. We travelled with it and is had been great. We had to bring the infant car seat and it was really handy to strap it onto the stroller (with the strap that comes with stroller).
Pros
  • - Fits in overhead department on plane
  • - easy to fold together and unfold in several seconds
  • - more comfortable than most umbrella strollers
  • - lightweight

The Nano is a great on-the-go stroller that folds small enough to bring on the train and plane. Easy to manuever and comfortable for naps. sinse it reclines almost flat. However, the stroller is not very comfortable for a tall person, since the height of the stroller handle is fixed.

best stroller we have owned

We have 3 kids and have owned several strollers. This is by far our favorite and most used stroller. We take it everywhere! It folds beautifully and fits, like advertised, in the upper airplane compartments. It has been a breeze to travel with. The stroller is light weight and very maneuverable. The canopy is a generous size. It lays very flat, which is great when our children fall asleep. We also love that it can accommodate an infant car seat without the need for any special adapter. Plus, and I know it is not advertised for this, we are able to take two children in this stroller. Our 10 month old sits back in the seat and our 4 year old sits in front of him, using the car seat buckle as her seat belt. This works with the foot rest in the upright position. So great! No need for any of our heavy, bulky strollers anymore. We recommend this stroller to everyone!
Pros
  • light weight, compact, universal infant car seat strap, comfortable, sturdy, smooth, sufficient storage, great canopy
Cons
  • none

Love the stroller. Is compact enough to travel with but also spacious for my 3 and a half year old if I need. I also have a baby jogger tour stroller and compared to it is a bit bigger but perfect for me because I need it a compact stroller for my almost 4 year old where he doesn’t look like a giant on a tiny car. I love how I can sit my baby car seat on it if I want to but I have a few downs to the stroller. The seatbelt to secure the car seat is not big enough to clip my car seat from one end to the other. So if you have a peg perego nido is not gonna work (even though they advertise ANY car seat can clip on) I’m not too worried about it because my baby is almost out of that infant seat stage. Another down for me is the canopy. I feel like it doesn’t really cover, a lil small. I’m still keeping the stroller because I like all the other things and specially that I can fit my kids up to 45 pounds if I needed too.

This is the only stroller we have owned for our 15-month-old. We used it from birth. What's great about it is you can strap in ANY infant car seat with no attachments needed. And it's very lightweight. We lived in an urban environment for her first 8 months, and it was perfect for our studio because it folds up small. It's still great now that we're in suburban living. The shoulder straps can be a little confusing to adjust, but I'm too lazy to really sit down and fix them. We've taken this stroller to so many states on many flights -- hiking in mountains and down city blocks.
Pros
  • Lightweight
  • Compact
  • Takes any infant seat
Cons
  • Not full sun cover
  • Confusing straps to tighten
Great for vacation!

We took this stroller with us on our first trip as family of 3 in February. Was great to have a stroller in the airport, easy to fold up, fit perfectly in the overheard of our plane to Florida from NYC. My 10 month old was super comfortable and napped pool side in the stroller every day while on vacation. I reccomend.

Our everyday stroller is a Vista, so this one's handles are a little shorter and yes the canopy hits your hands when up, however in the sun, ours was down all the time.

I am used to piling a ton of stuff in and on my stroller. Just beware if the baby isn't in it, it can flip over as my diaper bag was pretty heavy. We used hooks to attach it.

Very pleased for the price!

My sister recommended this stroller. She used it for her two kids and absolutely loved it! I too love
the stroller. It is easy to fold and easy to use with your newborn carseat. It is very light/compact. We were deciding between baby zen yoyo, compared to baby zen.. mountain buggy won us over the price 😅. If you travel a lot, live in a compact space, or drive a compact car. This is a great stroller for you!
Pros
  • Size, weight, price, easy to use
Best Uses
  • Travel, everyday walk
Cons
  • Small sun visor, small underneath the seat compartment

Lightweight and yet feel sturdy
Not easy to break down, even more difficult with one hand ( assuming you got the baby in the other)
I have yet to try it on a plane, but it does appear if you take off the wheels that it will fit in the overhead. Though, it is an inch larger than some airline's carry on dimensions.

The instructions are pretty horrendous. I know strollers are intuitive for the most part so I recommend not looking at the instruction booklet if you want to actually gain insight on how the stroller works..

I purchased the Nano after lots of research for a new compact travel stroller. I already owned 3 strollers for various needs - BOB, Uppababy vista, & Uppababy Gluxe. I love my UB products but after two trip with the Gluxe I realized that I needed something a little different for future trips because it's not compact enough AND it doesn't have a one-hand push. I'm always traveling solo with my toddler and need to be able to have a one-hand push. Anyone who travels with kids knows the less you have to carry the better - and I love that the built in strap allows me to attach his convertible car seat to it AND he can ride in it at the same time. This is the second stroller I've purchased through Albee Baby and both times I've bought during a sale for a great price and had lightening fast shipping.
Pros
  • I researched all the various options for travel strollers and in the end the Nano one out because:
  • 1.) It's compact enough to be a carry-on if you'd like
  • 2.) It has a one-handed push (honestly my main selling point)
  • 3.) It has a built in strap that allows you to "hack" it and attach a convertible car seat
  • 4.) It was the best price for a travel stroller that fit all my needs & has great reviews
  • I haven't used it for a trip but I have used it a couple times around town. I also attached the Cosco Scenera Next (our travel car seat) and pushed it around the house. It does have a one-hand push and seems to ride pretty smooth.
Best Uses
  • Travel when you need a compact stroller and attaching a car seat to it.
Cons
  • Not really a con because I think this is true of all smaller travel strollers - but you definitely have to get used to not having a super smooth push. It's still good for a travel stroller but I'm used to my BOB which is super smooth, and my Vista which is obviously a higher end stroller.
  • Also, I did notice that when I attach my car seat with the built in strap it loosens on it's own. I think it might just be user error so I need to do some more research on that.

I consider this stroller is one of my success in this baby journey thing.

Very light weight but very sturdy.

I took it with me oversea twice and its still working great.

I travel oversea quite often but other strollers (britax/ graco) would not hold up that great.
Pros
  • light weight, be able to carry onto the airplane without a problem

I went from a Britax B-Ready stroller to the Mountain Buggy Nano. We were using the double stroller feature on the Britax and recently found that we didn’t need a big bulky stroller any more. I love how compact and easy this stroller is to use. The only complaints I have is that the hood slightly covers the handle when it’s not in used and there aren't many storage areas for this stroller, Other than that it is perfect for what we need it for. Plus my toddler love his new stroller.

*I'm using a skip hop grab and go stroller organizer to help with the storage issue.*

I have owned quite a few umbrella type strollers. I am a mom of 3 so simple small compact strollers are a huge need to not take up seating or storage. It is able to fit behind my drivers seat in my suv. This stroller makes it easy to use with ANY infant car seat which drew me to it. It works well with my 6 month old and my 2 year old. It is an easy one hand push so you are able to hip carry one child and push the other. For it being a tri fold stroller it is very sturdy and feels solid. The fold was very simple it only took a few seconds.

I LOVE this stroller. Our little one is only 6 weeks, so we use it primarily with a car seat at this point, but so far it is everything I want it to be!
It rolls very smoothly, it is very light weight and folds quickly and easily. When folded, it is tiny! It easily fits beneath the car seat (on the floor between the back row and front seat).
Putting the car seat in is very easy. You just plop it down, snap it in (one strap) and in about 2 seconds, you're ready to go!

I purchased this stroller (silver) for a recent trip to Germany. I loved it! It is lightweight, easy to carry and comes with its own travel bag. It took me about five minutes to put it together and another five minutes to figure out the two-handed fold. I especially liked the fact that it maneuvered easily on all terrains (wooden, asphalt, cobblestone, and tile). My son liked sitting in it and slept in it for hours. I would definitely buy it again!

We love the Mountain Buggy, however I still need to find out the good technique to fold the stroller. I seem to struggle with it almost every time.
It's a sturdy stroller, wide enough for baby and maneuver well with one hand.
Backrest declines well enough for a comfortable sleep.

Best Uses
  • Great for travels, fits in the overhead bins.
  • Great for people with small cars or who don't like to bring a big/heavier stroller.

We recently brought this stroller on a trip and it was amazing! Loved being able to store it in the overhead bin. I also love that, unlike typical umbrella-type strollers, you can actually push this with one hand. The only thing I would improve is the ability to fold and unfold with one hand- would be really useful when carrying baby through airport security!

I love strollers and I switched several with my two children and this is my favorite so far! Easy to fold, accepted on board by all airlines (we travel a lot and never had an issue), which helps to save time when traveling with a kid, versatile, grate quality, sharp-looking, etc. I could probably go on forever explaining how great it is, so if you're thinking about getting it - go ahead, you would regret it! Highly recommended!

The nano comes in a compact box and is well built. It folds quite easily. The only weak link may be the foam based wheels. Only time will tell how long they will last. To remove the back wheels make sure you use some tool (a key or any narrow metal strip)...otherwise there is risk of breaking a finger nail

I bought this stroller for traveling. We have an uppababy vista and my husband hates it. It’s so wide and hard to take in any stores or restaurants. He didn’t want me to buy any more baby stuff but I bought this. He is in love with it too. It goes in the overhead bin on most airplanes. It folds downs super easy. It reclines and best of all my 11 month old son absolutely loves it. He loves it more than our almost 1000 dollar stroller. Disappointing most of the time

I am completely dissatisfied with my Nano's performance. I've used the stroller for less than a year and have had multiple recurring problems. I live abroad and travel often, so I was hoping that this stroller would fit our needs. It has left us disappointed time and time again. First, the strap that holds up the backrest often dislodges from the metal rectangle from folded to open, so my Daughter is lopsided and semi-reclined, until I hold up the bakc and reconnect the piece. This should not happen with an expensive stroller. Next, the back wheels sometimes slip out of their holder while walking, making the whole stroller untrustworthy. I paid extra to get the snack tray and bar, but was extremely disappointed when I realised that the stroller cannot be folded with the bar attached. This renders the bar and snack tray useless, as I'm not about to go romping around the city on public transportation holding the bar until I can unfold the stroller. I never get to use my stroller through the airport because it necessitates a two hand fold to close it, which is not practical when flying solo with my Daughter. The fact that front wheels must come off to fit in the travel bag also makes it difficult to pack and thus negates its purpose as a travel stroller. The final straw was this past trip where one of the front wheels fell out of the travel bag after being checked, so now the entire stroller is completely useless until I purchase a new wheel. This stroller has not been helpful to my travels, and has only been a nuisance. I kept trying to make it work since I spent so much money on it. I strongly caution against using this stroller for travel, as it is not reliable nor convenient.
