My 3 year old son loves this train! I love that it's not just something you have to play with one specific way. You can stack the blocks in lots of different ways to make different looking trains. It's good for problem solving skills because he has to arrange the blocks so that they all fit on the train. The only thing that drives me crazy about this train is that there isn't really a great way to store it and keep all of the pieces together, so it usually ends up all over the bottom of the toy box. The quality is great! I've had this a couple of years, and there have been no cracks or chips in the paint.
