I love this puzzle for ages 1 and up. It's a great first puzzle. It's made of wood, so it's super durable. I also like the assortment of animals pictured. It's fun to play with my daughter and make the animal sounds. The puzzle holds up really well - it still looks great after a couple of years and a couple of kids playing with it! It's a good way to get your child used to doing a puzzle that's not overly easy (so you will actually get more than a month or two's worth of use out of it) but not so hard that they get frustrated.
