Brought for great grandson and the whole household is playing piano and enjoying it. Ordered 2 extra pianos for household entertainment.

i like the piano-however my daughter ripped to shreds the key guide you affix to piano.....how do i get a new one? perhaps in the future a plastic laminate sticker kind can be used?!?

amazing for quality

This was a Christmas present from Santa and a few keys do not work. I contacted you by email twiceand never got a response. I was hoping we could get a new one before my grand kids came over again, however that didn't happen. Very disappointed in your customer service.

I am so so bummed. The piano is beautiful but the sound is terrible. The keys are incredibly loose and you practically have to bang down on the key to make the sound. I know it's a toy but the sound is pretty bad even for a toy, and especially for the price. Super bummed as I was SO excited for this gift for my son for Christmas morning.

I would give more stars if it was ALOT cheaper. But for how much this is , the sound sucks and the keys stick.

The piano looks beautiful, but for the price I wish the sound quality was a bit better. It is a musical toy after all

Great piano but one of the legs are broken & the piece at the top is also missing. Hope Melissa and Doug would contact me to get this problem fixed.

We recently bought this piano for our 5 year old granddaughter as a Christmas present. It looks special and has a nice tone. She loves playing it, and we hope that it will inspire a life-long love of piano playing.

The photos of my grandsons playing the piano show that they are thoroughly enjoying it. I live in Costa Rica....they live in Hawaii. So....the free shipping to home offer was appreciated! My son did say the music holder was removed frequently by. Little hands and sadly there is one non-functioning key. But I am sure customer service will help with that issue. Smiles and music all around!

Good materials, but sound quality is terrible

The baby piano is great for the price however, the only complaints I have are that the screws that assemble the stool, come loose quite often, no matter how much you tighten them. Also, the small cardboard/paper displaying the key notes that they give you to put in front of the keys of the piano, tore the same day we got it, they should make them out of a sticky plastic or laminate them. Other than that its fun for kids all the way up to the age of 5 which I've experienced and for for myself as well.

My child does love the product but unfortunately it does not sound like a real piano and has a strange and pretty annoying sound. It is beautiful and great in every other way i just wish the sound was different

My daughter loves it. I purchased the mini piano from my employer which came in an exclusive color,and my daughter enjoys thinking of music and expressing herself with the piano. I would recommend the product to anyone. It was easy set-up and fun entertainment.

I bought this used at a consignment sale for $60. This piano is awesome. My son is almost 1 and I bought it for his first birthday. He stands up and plays piano... I think this is a piano that he will grow up to learn to play well. Thanks Melissa & Doug for your great toys!

I got this for my five year old this christmas 09she LOVES it!! my only complaint would be is that i wish it came with more songs on the booklet. like an easy one and then the medium and hard one.other than that this toy rocks!it also looks so good in the living room with my funiture.

This is a great piano that sounds almost like a real one, we play together like a band, and my little ones love it. My Husband also uses it to play music to put my daughter to sleep.The only cons is that the back leg is a little fragile.. i think that need a little more support.

My daughter just turned one and we got her this toy and she is in love with it! It is so easy for her to use and she loves to make music on it!
