hardest most uncomfortable seat on the market

This car seat cover is the most adorable shade of pink and has faint pink leopard spots on it. Whoever designed it thought all about the cute factor but completely disregarded comfort. The actual car seat cover is very LIGHTLY padded. Baby is basically sitting on hard plastic. I thought this had to be a mistake, so I called Maxi Cosi and the awful rep said that the "seats are tested for safety not comfort." Really?? Because I thought car seats are typically tested for both. What good is a safe car seat if you can't get your infant to sit in it for more than 5 minutes? Comfort is very important.

Why are these car seats not sold with an attachable canopy to shield from sun? This is the one thing that hold me back from buying it. With my other children I used the canopy alot to help shield the sun when carrying them in/out of the car. I only saw rain shields and bug canopy for this car seat sold seperately.

We apologize for the confusion, however the canopy will be included with the purchase of this car seat. Unfortunately the manufacturer provided images with out the canopies, sorry.
