Loving This Choice

We just received this today. We already tried it out on sand which it did AMAZING!! We live on the gulf coast shoreline and it’s still hot here. The material was breathable which I love. My favorite feature is that I can use it with either my 6 week old daughter or 17 month old son, all with the seat attached.

I haven’t actually used it as just a caddy yet so I can’t speak on that. I have a citi mini double but I wanted something lighter and easier to work with when I just have one with me. I love that my mico just snaps on, or I can use the carriage part.

I’m 5’1, my husband is 6’2, and he didn’t kick the wheels and the handles aren’t too high for me. I like the peekaboo window. It’s a tough little stroller and for the price you just can’t beat it.

I got the rain cover to go with it but have yet to try it. I’m so in love with this already.

It takes a bit of getting used to trying to learn how to fold and unfold properly, if you do it wrong it doesn’t like unfolding but other than that thrilled! I will be taking this on the holiday travels with us.

While I wanted to love this item, I can’t say that I do. It’s somewhat difficult to fold up to put in the trunk of my car or to store…I sometimes have to try several times to get it to collapse and then to stay folded. Just not ideal for me, when I want to hurry and load into my car and go…especially not with a fussy 20 month old. I also don’t like the harness straps…they’re super long and the excess just hang there and my son chews on them. They also are easy for him to loosen and then he ends up get the off by sliding right out of them once he tugs on it enough. The bottom basket doesn’t allow for much storage, so I end up carrying the diaper bag on my bag, and bought a clip to hang any additional bags. I do like that it’s compact once I do finally get it collapsed. The feature where the backrest lays all the way back is really nice too.
Pros
  • Compact
  • Backrest is adjustable
Cons
  • Not easy to fold
  • Small storage basket
  • Straps too long

I purchased this because of the great price and already had a maxi cosi car seat. I have hardly used my stroller because the sidewalks in my neighborhood are bumpy to where its frustrating to push this stroller. If I lived in a newer residential neighborhood with smooth sidewalks, then this wouldn't be an issue and I'd keep the stroller.
Pros
  • Price, storage, color and easy to set up and store
Best Uses
  • For smooth pavement or indoor use
Cons
  • Wheels (not all-terrain)
Stroller for New Grandma to use

I bought this to use with my new grandchild (soon to be 2, in 2020!) with the intention of using it when I bring each one to WDW. I wanted compact foldable and easy to push for the airports. Well, child 1’s diaper leaked, so I have had to pull it apart already and wash. Washing was super easy! Putting the straps back together? Not so much. I still do not think we have it safely put back, eventually I will look for a video on YouTube to get it properly put together. Before she could crawl or sit in high chair, I used the stroller to roll her around the house as I did chores. Works well. Baby 2 will be here in 3 weeks so I will do the same with Him! My other daughter bought this stroller for her soon to be new baby, my 2nd grandchild because of height of the handles. She and her husband are tall and it is at a good level for them to be comfortable to push the stroller
Pros
  • Padding comes apart easily to wash.
Cons
  • Hard to figure straps once taken apart to wash. Heavier then I thought it would be.

I have been using this stroller for over a year now. I initially purchased it to use as a taxi for my maxi cosi infant carseat as it came out to about the same price as the frame alone at that time. Now I think this one may be even cheaper. I keep this in my car at all times so it is ready to go. My baby still uses her infant carseat as she is quite petite and falls asleep almost every time we go in the car. i just pull this out of the trunk and snap her in. When she is awake, we use the carriage alone, and she actually seem to prefer this one over the more expensive carriage that I keep in my house with all its bells and whistles. The seat is nicely padded and shes very comfortable in it. I will say that it is certainly heavier than the combi version of snap and go that i had for my older children, but our new maxi cosi infant carseat was not compatible. That being said, this feels much more sturdy and steady when wheeling it and the seat snaps in snugly and securely.

Have had to stroller for a few months and only used a handful of times. Disappointed how easily it broke. The bottom leg rest is adjustable but yet it snapped very easily and it’s not fixable.

I purchased this stroller more for the capability of using it as a “maxi taxi†for the maxi cosi mico infant car seat. The actual maxi taxi that is available right now is more expensive than this stroller and has the exact same function. With the Dana you get both a maxi taxi and an umbrella stroller. As Gad as it being considered and umbrella stroller keep in mind that the fold is not as compact. I would compare it more to the Baby Jogger City Mini Zip. This is more of a full size/umbrella fold stroller. The stroller itself is alright. I do like the option to use the bassinet mode from birth without the need to purchase any additional accessories. Since this is an older stroller I was not able to find a belly bar and one is not included. I got it for around $80 which isn’t bad at all. However, I would not pay full price for this.

I got this stroller to be a car seat carrier and a regular stroller; it works well in that regard. However I’m not pleased with how easy the cover pulls off the seat frame at the legs and that it repeatedly gets stuck when trying to fold and unfold. I guess overall I’m still a McClaren girl. Going to try and return this one.

My grandson loves the stroller. I like how easy it moves and can open and close up . I do wish it had a little bigger of a seating area and a front tray that was optional. All in all, I would buy it again. Hard to find this good quality stroller in a store.

Very lightweight umbrella stroller! I’ve purchased several strollers in the past but this one has been my favorite. Like I mentioned, very lightweight and can easily maneuver with one hand! Easy to fold as well. Minus one star because seat can not face parent.

This stroller is great! We were looking for a mid-weight versatile stroller that would be perfect for travel and for using 2-3 times a week at home for running errands. This stroller is sturdy and not flimsy like most umbrella strollers, opens and closes easily, the cargo basket underneath has just enough space for a diaper bag (though you need to access it from the front/not the parents side). We just took this stroller on a two week vacation to Hawaii and it held up great amongst the bumpy sidewalks, sandy parks/beach sides and even made it through gate check twice with nothing broken or dings. This stroller is solid! The wheels are very sturdy and a nice thick material. The width of the stroller is perfect for small food-court shopping spaces and takes up no more room than a seat at a table.
If you're looking for a flimsy umbrella stroller this is not for you, I expect this stroller to last a good 3-4 years before we upgrade or move on. Added bonus is that it comes with the attachments for the maxi-cosi car seat, so when our little one fell asleep in his car seat we didn't need to risk waking him up to move him into the stroller, we were able to easily attach the car seat to the stroller! This was AMAZING while we traveled through airports!
The canopy is a really nice size, provides lots of shade and has a great peep-hole flap that you can open and peek down at your little one. The stroller has 3 positions, sitting completely upright, reclined at a slight angle and laying almost completely down. Our little one was able to sleep for 3 hours in the laying down position and preferred to be in the reclined at a slight angle position when awake.
The only thing this stroller is missing to make it absolutely perfect, is a safety bar! We were able to hang toys off the canopy edges, clipping them onto the lower canopy so they would not fall off, we had no issues doing this. The fabric material is really great, not cheap and thin, definitely worth every penny.
Pros
  • Sturdy, versatile, comfortable.
Best Uses
  • Travel, running errands.
Cons
  • No Safety bar.

I bought this for my daughter to use for one of her beautiful twins. It works wonderfully and we will be buying another very soon. It is a beautiful color and work great for the preemie babies.
Pros
  • This is one of the nicest strollers that I have ever had. It is perfect for tiny babies and looks like it would be great for the babies as they grow. It was easy to adjust for size.
Best Uses
  • For walks and shopping.
Cons
  • We had a problem opening the stroller as the trigger would not release the pin.

Exactly what I was looking for: a compact lightweight stroller, compatible with our maxi cosi car seat, that opens/closes easily at a great price point.

Pros: The seat cushion is extra comfy compared to other compact strollers. We love the carriage setting is great - it allows us to lay the baby down rather than keep him inside the car seat where he overheats. The canopy snaps into place as you pull it down which keeps it from going back up as you walk- it’s also larger than most other compact stroller canopies. The stroller rides smoothly and relatively good through grass considering it’s meant for the pavement. The storage bin on the bottom is small but that’s to be expected on a compact stroller. My almost 3 year old fits comfortably in this stroller as well.

Cons: I wish the top of stroller was any color other than black - makes it terribly hot. I place a white muslin blanket overtop to help combat the sun.

Overall, this is a great stroller. We are very happy with it so far.

Compare to maclaren this stroller has a lot more niceties and comfort for baby and parents. The front wheels are MUCH smoother and do not "stick" like the kaia did for us. The three level decline and fully flat option is definitely nice. It is important to note though that this stroller is not an umbrella stroller (bigger than my maclaren).
Cons
  • The canopy is very spacious but flimsy and hard to manage.

Great lightweight stroller, nice for walks
By Ash
from Edmonton, Alberta
on May 11, 2017
This stroller is super lightweight and collapses quite a bit for super easy storage. We use this exclusively for walks as our car seat is made for a different stroller but this one is definitely much lighter and takes up less space than our other stroller.
The seat works even for our little one who we started in there at 2 months old because it almost lays down completely (has a super slight angle, perfect for reflux). The other position is a relatively upright position. There is no in between, a third position of the seat would be great (semi reclined). But to point out, my other more expensive heavier stroller doesn't have a recline position like this does, which is what I love about this stroller.
The canopy covers most of our baby even when it's super sunny, which is awesome. When he's layed back it's kinda like a cocoon for him so he's feel confident to sleep. The canopy is slightly sheer from the inside so he can see out, but you can only see in from a large peep hole up top. It's really great, the only thing is when the canopy is completely engaged, if the wind catches it or we hit a bump, one side of the canopy slightly unlatches. I'm not sure if it's just this one or an issue with all, it's more of an annoyance than a problem though.
You can take the cup holder on and off though it is flimsy (I've spilt, luckily the canopy protects baby well).
The wheels are rubber and actually work great on snow and slush and grass, but they have worn a bit because of all the gravel and sand here after and during the winter months.
Overall it's awesome, just a few design flaws here and there that aren't a huge issue, especially for the price point and the fact that the seat lies down, super awesome feature. The directions were hidden, but it's so easy to figure out it wasn't even an issue :)
