Mamas & Papas Sola 2 Chrome Stroller & Carrycot - Grey

Overall, I have really enjoyed this stroller. When my child was born, I had a frame stroller that clicked with his car seat. He hated it, and walks were so unpleasant. I realized that the bassinet stroller was an option, but a similar popular US brand was too pricey. This Mamas & Papas stroller has many similar bells and whistles. My son enjoyed the bassinet for the first 3-4 months of his life, and has been in the ever every since.

There are a few minor drawbacks Ive noticed now that Ive been using this stroller for over a year.
First, folding is a bit of a hassle. You need two hands, and it isnt immediately intuitive.

Second, I sometimes tend to kick the brake area of the stroller with my foot. The brake is on a bar that is low the ground and rests just where my toe picks up as I walk (though it happens only occasionally how that I know to be cautious with how I step). An additional brake issue is unless I really make sure the brake bar catches (there are teeth that latch onto the bar for the brake when you push down the foot paddle), the brake can sometimes fail to catch.

Third, and maybe the biggest drawback is that the seat does not sit fully upright. My kid is now older and very curious and gets frustrated that he has to sit at a bit of an incline.

Fourth, the style of the seat (open on the sides) means it is difficult to get a blanket to stay on a wiggly baby in the seat. Again, this is a really minor thing, but I found it to be slightly annoying in the winter.

Fifth, having no child cup holder option is annoying. I found a different brand cup holder that clips onto the child bumper bar, but it is a bit bulky and not ideal (and no snack tray option).

Sixth, the sun shield for the bassinet does not come down far, meaning the sun was often directly on my baby and in his face when we used the bassinet attachment.

Seventh, although the seat attachment has a good sunshield that pulls down pretty far, it only has a few settings and sometimes it feels too high up or too far down.

Overall, most of these drawbacks are minor. We overall enjoy the stroller and I would recommend it.

I love this stroller.

I recently purchased this stroller to go along with my Nuna Pipa car seat and it is the best!! What I love about it the most is that I’m able to steer the stroller with just one hand and it rides so smooth! It also has more to offer for your money. Not only you get the multi position seat, the stroller also came with a bassinet and a rain cover. The storage can be easily accessed from both sides, front, and back. It is not bulky, stands on its own and I love that the handle bar is adjustable. The only con I could think of is that it doesn’t have a cup holder or a tray. But that’s something that can be easily worked around with.

I LOVE this stroller. It folds and pushes so smoothly and switching the bassinet and seat is effortless. Super simple to switch from forward or rear facing. This stroller is definitely comparable to higher priced brands but for a really affordable price. Hands down one of my favorite purchases from Albee Baby!

I recommend this stroller it’s fancy and easy to assemble my baby feels so comfortable in it. It is exactly what I expected .

You can’t beat the value here! This stroller and carrycot allows you to take baby for a walk even when they are teeeeeny tiny (carrycot) up until they are tired toddlers no longer wanting to trek through the zoo. Great value! Great quality! Great style!

Get product easy to use carry around etc. Has plenty of space to carry things!
