Fifty years ago, Owen Maclaren changed modern parenting when he invented the first umbrella fold stroller: the B-01. Now after half century of meticulous refinement, Maclaren pay tribute to the original with the 50th Anniversary edition of the B-01. Suitable for children from 6 months and up to 55lbs, the B-01 stroller pays homage to Maclaren's beginning with a vintage-inspired Maclaren label and 50th Anniversary coin. Features include waterproof expandable hood with visor for extra coverage, and the stroller comes complete with coordinating raincover and raincover storage pouch, seat liner and stroller ID tag.

Nostalgia is strong with this one!
April 24, 2021
As a child of the 70's, this stroller brings back happy memories of family outings! Absolutely love the cheerful stripe design and bright blue canopy. This iconic design is at MoMA, if you're a design nerd you need this stroller in your life. Perfect for a walk to the park, easy to maneuver, good size basket to hold a few essentials. I added a stroller organizer across the handles for extra storage and cup holders. Originally got this for a trip to NYC, but Quest had more features of full sized stroller. Decided to keep both because it's too adorable to return!

Darn latch

PROs
Yes this stoller is light weight. It folds up and un-folds easely.

CONs
The harnest latch is 5 pieces of white plastic. Snapping my child in is like doing a jiggsaw puzzel every time. Is this piece is backwords? Upside down? Was I supposed to do that piece first?

Love This Stroller
September 13, 2019
Purchased both this stroller and the Uppababy Vista. Extremely happy with both, but find myself using this one much more frequently. Love that it's so lightweight and has probably the best canopy I've seen on an umbrella stroller. The rain shield also works great. The buckles were a little tricky to get used to at first, but after a week there's no longer any issue and I kind of like that the shoulder straps separate from the waist straps. It makes it easier to take my toddler out of the stroller when he's squirming. It's also tall, so I don't have to hunch down. Handles really well overall, although obviously not as well as the Uppababy. I probably wouldn't take this stroller off-road.

The main con is that the folding and unfolding is still really tricky for me, so it still takes two hands and a little effort. Maybe I'll get better at that like with the buckles, but for now I try to avoid folding and unfolding as much as possible since it's a pain. My toddler also likes to climb up on the stroller when it's not folded up, and the stroller will tip if he stands up on the seat and holds the handles facing backwards; whereas our previous umbrella stroller wouldn't tip. Ultimately, we just park it with the back flat against the wall with the breaks on and this isn't an issue; but worth knowing about since we almost had a close call the first day we received the stroller.

Overall I really love this stroller and I'm really glad I purchased it despite seeing some mixed reviews for Maclaren strollers on other sites.
