So far, after a few weeks of use, I love everything but two things. First, I can't take even a regular stride without hitting the rear center wheel. I am tall, but even with a smaller stride I'm still kicking it. Second, while the buckles are high quality and well engineered, they are a real pain to buckle up. Instead of the shoulder and waist straps being connected, they are all separate. So to buckle up, you have to connect the shoulder strap to the waist strap, and click that into the crotch strap. It takes awhile, and is not entirely conducive to squirmy twins.
Otherwise, I love the obvious attention to design and engineering, the tight, non-sagging seats and canopy, the extra canopy extension, and the ease of folding and stowing. Bonus: an excellent carry handle for loading and unloading. Contrary to other reviews, I don't find it too heavy, but instead realize the weight is a reflection of quality components and the fact that it's a double seat.
