Lightest double stroller out there
April 13, 2019
Easy to use and the lightest one we found which is important when trying to do something with one hand while keeping 2 kids from running off. Love that each one reclines separately so each child can have their own comfort level.

Difference between Maclaren Triumph and Techno
November 7, 2018
We returned this stroller, because we ordered 2 Maclarens - Triumph and Techno and decided to go with Techno, because of our personal needs. So wtitting this review I might help someone to decide. So mainly - Techno is bigger seat, bigger wheels (easier push and manouvring) than Triumph. That makes it also heavier, so if you need to carry it to your apartment, it might become a pain... Thay both recline, so they are good from little age, but usually Techno comes with head rests, footmuffs, so it is easier in winter. Techno rides in any terrain, because of bigger wheels, but as for any umbrella push gets harder as kids get older. So my recommendation for Triumph would be - if you need a stroller for travel, or to keep in trunk for malls, walks on very smooth, showeled terrain or need to carry stroller around much. Techno is heavier, bigger, but better stroller as you babies will become 3-4 year olds. Note, that if fold starts to become not so smooth, it starts to get harder to fold/unfold - WD40 works like a charm. On the whole I love Maclarens quality, can't compare to Zoe (had a double too- very shaky and hard to push if kids are older)
  • Weight and quality proportion.
  • Price at Albee Baby.
Best Uses
  • Travel, quick trips, if you need to carry a diuble stroller up the stairs.
  • Smaller wheels, harder push, if toddler is bigger and puffer jacket, seat seams too small.

We purchased this stroller for my one year old and 2 year old and we absolutely love it. It is compact, light weight and easy to maneuver. My kids fit comfortably in the chairs and they can both lay back and tak naps. I would highly recommend this double stroller.

Great stroller!

Very quick from box to "ready to roll"! seating is soft and comfortable for babies. Gave a 4 because the 2016 modle thought to enhance the hood size for better protection from the sun.
  • Well made, comfortable seats with padding and firm backrest.
Best Uses
  • Fun rides around the neighborhood to entertain and relax the babies. Also easy to take along for short trips to anywhere as it is fairly lightweight and folds easily.
  • small hoods

Awesome lightweight stroller

Pro - LIGHT! high quality, easy to fold/unfold, can fit through all doorways I've tried.Cons - Sunshade too short. This is the only serious setback. I had to tie on extra shades, which was fine, but an extra step. The newer models have a longer shade, so I hope that will solve the problem.

Best twin stroller ever!!!
May 1, 2016
This stroller has saved my butt as a twin mom! It is light enough to take in and out of the trunk many times a day, the seats fold back which is perfect for when the twins fall asleep, and it's not very wide at all so I fit everywhere I go. I actually push the babies through my sisters house (she has tile) to get to her back yard and I can squeeze easily between the narrow hallways and doorways. Plus it is well made and stylish, I actually get compliments on it while out around town. I have spent months, literally, looking at twin strollers and I am very grateful I found this. The best part is that my babies can sit next to each other and look at each other which would make any mom happy. :)
  • Narrow, seats tilt back, lightweight
Best Uses
  • Walks in the park, doctors appointments, quick and long errands

Just what I was looking for!

This is a fantastic stroller, I have a 35 month old and a 15 month old. They love it, even my oldest climbs into it voluntarily. Took some getting used to how to open and close with flip flops on, but I figured it out. Shade cover isn't as big as my single umbrella stroller, but I'm okay with that. It maneuvers great, I can hang bags on it with out it falling over (even with the kids not in it) and there is plenty of room for all of my stuff. Also it is narrow enough to get through a regular doorway. I can't wait to take this to Disney, because it is going to be so much easier than taking our big system double stroller. Thank you Maclaren for making a practical double stroller that is great for travel!

I have the city select double and its great but so heavy and has three pieces. I needed something light to throw in the car and get througj airport security easily. This is great. Super easy to fold and the kids were so excited to be sittin side by side (2.5 and 10 months). Love it.

McClaren Lives up to the hype
March 25, 2014
We have had the stroller only a week now and it is amazing. I have no problems getting it through doors. It glides easy on most surfaces. The kids enjoy seeing each other. The recline function is wonderful. It's a sleek design. I'm just grateful it was everything I hoped it would be. I had a friend tell me "McClaren ' s are expensive but you get what you pay for" well. .Amen. I did incur some shopping obstacles but not site if that was Albee ' s ebbs or UPS. My package was unaccounted for for 5 days. But it showed up we he's away so I guess it was moving that whole time. The only thing I'd recommend is you getting as much practice time in with the functionality of it before you take it somewhere and expect to just figure it out. Especially if you live on a timed schedule as do I with twins and a year old.

I love this stroller. We got it for our 4 month old and 20 month old and were pleasantly surprised by its size and ease of use. It easily fits through doorways. It folds in a fluid manner. You could fit a smaller size diaper bag below, but it's balanced so well that you could hang your bag on the handle while you push. We took it all over New Orleans which has bumpy sidewalks and it handled great. It is definitely worth the price.
  • The handles are at the perfect height. It's to fold up.
Best Uses
  • Every day use.
  • Storage below is a bit small, but so much better than most double strollers.
