So happy I bought the Maclaren Mark II Stroller! The price was great and it is very easy to use with my little one. Wish it reclined but other than that, love this product and the price was just right!
Cons
  • doesn't recline

Extremely light weight. I light other travel strollers the seat is deep enough to accommodate a five year old. The high weight limit is great. A little difficult on gravel and grass but that is expected for a light weight option. I like the plastic wipe clean handles. I’m very happy recommending this stroller.
Pros
  • Light weight. Deep seat.
Best Uses
  • The light weight makes this the perfect on the go car stroller for a toddler or pre-schooler.
Cons
  • A little tricky to collapse but not difficult. Wheels will get the hood dirty.
Lightweight and practical -- love it!

Ah, this stroller saved my back. We've used the carrier up until now for our one year old because lugging a stroller felt like too much hassle. But, once he hit 18 lbs. carrying him for strolls and errands left me wiped out. The Mark II was the perfect solution. It's light and easy enough that I won't avoid taking it with me.
Pros
  • light weight
  • wheels seem sturdy
Cons
  • not sure how well this will grow with our kid since it's pretty compact
  • sun shade is very tall and doesn't provide much shade
  • one seat position

If you don't mind dirty, no support, low to ground

After one use and folded the wheels already got the inside hood dirty. I took a shower cap and covered the wheels when closing it works. It's really low to the ground so if your baby was used to a nice comfy higher up position your baby may hate this. Also there is zero support so if your baby was used to a cushioned back and if he or she is on the slim to skinny side the strollers lack of support in the back will swallow your baby. The sunshade is a good feature however don't expect it working properly if your baby is not tall enough. Also if your baby is a mapper in strollers this is not for you. Good thing is this stroller is really light weight and it is great when it's really hot out. The baby should be cool while sitting in this on a very hot day compared to others.
Excellent lightweight stroller!

Very easy to maneuver. The only downside, as others are mentioning, is that the sunshade does get dirty very easily when folded.

Easy to open, lightweight, great to travel with, generous sunshade for an umbrella stroller. Very happy with my purchase. Although I'm sure the light color of the silver will get dirty looking easier than another option, I couldn't resist the contrast red legs! Very sharp looking and we've gotten a lot of compliments.
Pros
  • Lightweight, compact design
Best Uses
  • Easy for plane travel.

The stroller is a great value; sturdy, light, no assembly required, easy to open and close. Purchased to leave in car, safer than walking with or carrying a small child. Very satisfied with the choice and will get good use out of it.

Very nice but the color is so light I am afraid it will get dirty easy. It is super light weight and my five month old seems to enjoy being in it. You can really tell how nicely it is made as soon as you get it out of the box.
Pros
  • Nicely made
  • Nice added details
Best Uses
  • Light weight
Cons
  • Silver is very light color and will get dirty easier
  • The umbrella will not shade a younger baby's face

I am a stoller addict, and i love my new addition. Super lightweight, i love how maclaren got rid of the foam handles too. Although it doesnt recline, bummer, there is room for baby's head to sit comfortably to the side for a little nap. It also does not tip over easily like my older maclarens, huge bonus! I hung my bag on the back...took my two year old out of the stroller...and it didn't fall back! Finally!...and of course the hot pink is fab;)!
Pros
  • super lightweight, great color, decent sun canopy for an umbrella
Best Uses
  • Best for in and out of the car, stores, mall shopping
Cons
  • Doesnt recline. Not good on bumpy sidewalks.
  • Not good for a full day in the stroller (ex. Disney) ...would need more padding and to recline.

we bought this for our first air travel with 10 month old daughter. She finds it very comfortable and it was extremely lightweight and easy to fold. Easy to maneuver through airport and rolls/steers well in general.
Pros
  • lightweight, easy fold
Best Uses
  • Travel
Cons
  • buckle is a little tricky. Have to attach the two side straps first then connect to the bottom strap.

We were deciding between the Maclaren Mark II and the Uppa g-luxe and settled on the Maclaren for its ease of use and light weight. The only drawback (as many others have pointed out) is that it cannot recline. Also, unlike the uppa, it cannot stand on its own, which is useful but not a deal breaker. The design is quite sleek and not like what you typically think of when you think of "Maclaren". Overall we love the functionality and are happy with our purchase.

I had this stroller for couple weeks now and it's been great! There's no padding. I purchased a pad cover from the manufactures website and it's so soft and comfy now for my 1yo. Love how easy and light it is.
Pros
  • Lightweight, easy, washable fabric
Best Uses
  • Errands, travel, public transportation, mall

went back to getting a Maclaren stroller b/c they work so well, you can truly close and open with one hand. Also, very sturdy - our go to stroller for traveling.Doesn't recline, so only good for if the baby won't be napping. Half the weight of the Uppababy - uppababy is similar and great - reclines. Closing is a bit sticky on Uppababy.
Best Uses
  • travelling - so, so light! extremely well made and rolls and turns smoothly.

I have a maclaren Dylan's Candy Bar stroller for my 2 years old daughter before I bought this Mark II. This one is actually more light weight than volo, and the hood is larger with extendable sun visor for superior coverage, that's the most satisfied me. But how regret that the capacity of this Mark II is only 33 lbs while volo is 55lbs, my dought is almost 30 . Anyway, this is highly recommend if your baby is still 1 year old or younger because it really extremely light and nimble, nice look.
