Lights vibes mobile sparks when vibrates.

I bought the Kolcraft Cuddle 'n Care Rocking Bassinet with Light Vibes Mobile for my daughter in 2008. I had to get a replacement mobile because I noticed in the dark that when I put it on vibrate it would spark. The mattress pad that it came with was too thin and the medal bars stated to rub into my daughters back. The wheels keep falling off when I push it down the hallway. Now the vibrate mechanism doesnt even work on the mobile anymore. If they fix a few things then it would be a great bassinet.

Bassinet not level

My Kolcraft Cuddle 'n Care rocking bassinet is off balanced due to the weight of the motorized light,vibes mobile. When the wheels are retracted in the rocking mode,is tilts to one side. We must place the baby slightly to the other side to balance it to set level. There should be some type of counter-balance weight placed opposite the mobile.Otherwise, one could not ask for a better or good quality bassinet
