This is an absolute favorite. My daughter loves it. First place she goes when she wakes up and I have to coax her out when it's time to sleep. I gave it 4 stars because it is a little flimsy because the frame is cheap, but you get what you paid for and we still love it.

what is the size of the playhouse

The fully-constructed Royal Princess Playhouse measures 54� tall and 40� x 40� wide, and has a flap front door and two mesh windows for airflow on hot days. It's suggested for kids ages 3 and up.
