Compact Is An Understatement

This cover is too small for shopping carts at our neighborhood grocery store as well as carts at Costco, etc. Do not bother with this unless you only plan to use it in restaurant high chairs. The annoying part is that nothing on the website description indicates that this is compact instead of full sized.
