I have had this stroller for 1 year and have been having problems with the front wheel assembly. I was disappointed to see that they do not offer replacement parts for the front wheel.
Other than that it has been a great stroller.

The stroller has been good so far. I love the travel system and find it easy and convenient to get my baby in and out on the go. I also love that my baby will grow with this stroller and I'll be able to use it for many years to come. The biggest complaint I have is the front wheel doesn't turn smoothly, at all. I frequently get stuck when trying to maneuver through tight spaces. Overall, it's a good value, but again, I wish it turned better.

We just got clearance from the pediatrician for my baby to join me on a run. I was so excited to finally use our stroller, but it has been such a disaster. The front wheel shakes uncontrollably when it's unlocked regardless of if I'm walking or jogging and when I try to lock the wheel, the whole thing pulls to the right side. The only way I can get the thing to move is by lifting it up on the back wheels. Who wants to have to hold the stroller up while they're trying to jog?! So disappointing given the cost of this stroller. Don't waste your money!

I had this one my registry because I didn't make time to research others. I wanted something that I could use around the neighborhood and on trails. This stroller will leave you wanting for nothing. The only complaint is that the previous one didn't have the cell phone clip and the extra cup holder. I also can't fit this in the trunk of my sedan. Minor issues. We just use the stroller around the neighborhood. I would recommend using the car seat for children under 1 year. I know they say once the baby is holding the head, but there are plenty folks that suggest continuing with the infant seat.

Also my husband is 6'6" and he loves this stroller much more than our other one

I got this as a click connect system and I should have read the reviews first!! It is the worst stroller! The front wheel gets stuck sideways and you physically have to turn it straight so you can move. I'm not the only one that has had this problem either! I thought maybe mine was defective but it's a common issue.

This stroller goes over every type of terrain with such ease! It glides over grass, gravel and is super smoothe on cement/ asphalt. The stroller seat has a generous amount of room to accommodate bigger children too!

I bought this stroller to go out on more terrain but even on simple walks the front swivel wheel wheel gets stuck when i want to turn and i have to walk to the front to straighten it. It will go straight, but that's about it.

I bought it 3 months ago and on 04/19/2021 was my first day using it to run I had a baby 6 weeks ago so I'm ready to run welp I go running whit the stroller it won't allow m to run fast because it will start shaking I'm very disappointed :( I want to know what can be done about this I want to run but I can't I have to pick it up like a willie to do so I want my moment back or a fix please

I purchased this as I was getting ready for my baby's arrival, seeing the good reviews, and at 4 months old and living in MN was so excited to finally use it and am extremely disappointed for the price I paid. The front wheel constantly gets stuck making it hard to turn. I'm constantly having to walk to the front to manually turn the wheel. Not only that, but you can't go backwards, so when I'm walking in somewhere I have to walk to the front and struggle to hold a door open and pull the stroller in. I love the other features and how easily my car seat clicks in, but the fact it barely turns, ruins everything else.

The front wheel doesn't lock when it should. It locks when it shouldn't. You have to raise the front wheel when you want it to turn. Not sure how to fix this. Just be careful when doing a fast walk. Other than that the design of the stroller is good

Great stroller. Very well balanced. Super easy to maneuver over all types of terrain. Improved walking trails "hard packed gravel", thick grass at practice fields. It's easily moved about congested stores on as well. However it not as easily transported as the regular MODS stroller but the wheel are a signal push bottom removal so its not a big deal. This is a great jogger as well. Save you're self some money and buy this stroller. Far more options with this stroller than other models in the same group

I bought this stroller after I tested it out at a local Buy Buy Baby while I was pregnant. I loved how easy it was to move around! However immediately after I started using it I noticed that the wheels kept locking up. Basically the wheels lock up every time you try to turn it. Sometimes the front wheel will lock to the side and I would have to physically turn it straight with my hand. You can't push it with one hand either because it always is veering to the other side. Plus it's very difficult to fold. Very disappointed and have to buy a new stroller.

We bought this for baby number 2 and it was a huge mistake. Front wheel locks up and the ride is so bumpy! Will never get a jogging stroller . Bought a used old school stroller on line . Do not waste the Money. I can't give this thing away!

We bought this stroller about a month ago. It ticked off all the boxes on paper, but hands on it's terrible. The front wheel keeps getting stuck in awkward positions, making the stroller impossible to handle. It's also HUGE when folded up. We drive a brand new KIA Sportage (SUV) and the stroller takes up all of the cargo space. And I mean all of it. Wall to Wall.
There's a phone holder attached to the handlebar, but unless you have a first generation iPhone or something smilar it won't fit.
All in all, I regret the purchase, but can't afford another one.

I've owned this stroller for 6 months because I liked the seating options and I wanted to be able to run with my LO. The seating options are nice, and it handles uneven terrain well (gravel, rough roads, etc). But my baby still gets shaken around if I'm going too fast (so wouldn't be comfortable running), it can be a PAIN to steer because the front wheel doesn't turn easily, and on average it takes me 2-4 tries to get it to shut. The self standing ability works less the half the time. I wish I could return this stroller and just spend a little extra money on something with better working features.

This stroller was great to start, but now the front wheel won't spin. The issue popped up while my wife was a mile away from our house with our six week old daughter, and had to work super hard to get back home. This is really disappointing, because we loved everything else about this until this issue started occurring!

This was bought as a gift for my soon-to-arrive great-granddaughter. I was assured by her expectant parents that it is well-made and will be perfect for use on unpaved trails as well as paved surfaces.

This is the worst "upgrade" ever! We had the Modes SE jogger and absolutely adored it! I felt like I could take on any terrain, it glided like a dream, and I loved all the different seating positions for the baby. But then we somehow damaged the rear wheel and instead of being able to replace the part they offered us this upgrade as a replacement. At first we were excited, but then we actually used this stroller...
CONS:
- the stroller itself is insanely heavy, it feels like effort to push (the SE model seemed to glide)
- it does not turn easily and pulls to one side while walking
- it does not smoothly roll over even just regular sidewalk
- it has a smartphone holder! that of course does not fit my phone... so if i want to put my phone and speaker in the tray i have to open the box portion and leave it open
- the cupholder holds NONE of my water bottles without them rattling around and even bouncing out
- it squeaks and creaks while walking
- because the closing mechanism is in the middle of the handle, it feels like the stroller is wiggling and shifting while walking almost like the handlebar is separating
PROS:
- full size sun shade with peek-through screen
- reflectors on wheel spokes
- i do like the larger size foot brakes
Seriously, get a different stroller. I put some serious miles on this thing just walking around the neighborhood over the last 3 months and I wish I had gotten a new one sooner.

I bought this stroller back in July. I have only had a few chances to use it but every time I do it's disappointing. Every time I have tried to actually run with this stroller it lists to one side so I end up having to run while holding the stroller in a wheelie. Which is not what I want to have to worry about when jogging. It's annoying to do and means my son is sitting is an awkward position. Also when I am not jogging and do not have the front wheel locked it sometimes turns and gets stuck causing the whole stroller and you to come to an abrupt and complete stop. I've almost tipped the stroller over several times because of this. It's extremely frustrating. The tire position also becomes an issue when trying to close the stroller as well. If the front tire is not turned the stroller will not collapse. Also extremely frustrating. This brings me to the ride. The stroller does not handle any bumps or rough surfaces well at all. For claiming to be all terrain it only really rides well on smooth surfaces. So if you happen to be on gravel or an in even surface it will be a rough ride for everyone.
I bought this stroller because I loved how you could turn the seat around to be forward and rear facing. I was very excited to use it and can not express how disappointed I was after using it a couple times.

Stroller has some nice features like rear-facing seat and large undercarriage but as far as being a "jogging stroller" it has 3 wheels and that's about it. Description talks about all-terrain wheels and suspension, there is no suspension. The whole unit clanks and startles your baby at every crack in the sidewalk. Forget walking over gravel. I was willing to have a bulky cumbersome stroller if I could use it on gravel trails but this isn't that stroller.

I bought this stroller for my first child and the front wheel has been having issues since the beginning. The wheel doesn't move properly and I have to continually stop to adjust it. I'm so disappointed.

One bought this stroller because I go on a walk multiple times a week and the trail by hour house is gravel. I haven't tried jogging/running with it. This is great stroller for walking on gravel paths but I don't think I'd be a gray jogging stroller. I love that the wheels can be taken off so it fits in my trunk better.

I wanted to love this jogger, but it's a love/hate. Opening/closing can be a pain. When closing, you have to have the front wheel turned to the side otherwise it catches on the "foot" that helps the stroller stand up. Opening - I don't even know what the deal is, but it's very awkward. The front wheel also catches often when taking a sharp turns (in store/walking) and it makes me want to scream. It used to straighten out pretty quickly, but it's getting to the point that I have to pop a wheely a few times for it to "unlock" the front wheel. Those three things aside, it's a good jogger.

Easy for grandma to assemble. Maneuvers broken pavement well without too much jostling. The hood is very effective at keeping the sun off but not Hiding the baby.

Great stroller . My baby was born too early and did not make it, so I'm not sure I will ever get a chance to use it.

this jogger seems huge and heavy but it's actually really light!! i love that the kid tray lifts up for easy access to put in/take out baby. the front wheel gets stuck ALL THE TIME even my friend has the same one and complains about that. other than that it's perfect!

I like everything except that it does not stay straight, I always have to maneuver so that it goes straight

bought this for walks and runs on a paved path. It shakes terribly with any speed and bumps. Do not recommend.

We had a previous stroller that was defective and Graco replaced it with this one and it is even nicer than the one we had. So easy to fold up and I love how you can change it so many different ways. It pushes so easy too. Great Customer Service.

I already owned the same jogger which I loved. I got sick of constantly being it over to my parents when they watched my daughter so I bought a new one to keep at my house and leave the older one at their house. However this new one has issues. Whenever I hit a bump (even a tiny one) the front wheel starts going crazy and the whole stroller starts shaking. I need to come to a complete stop and start pushing again.
The older one I have same brand is amazing and I loved it so much is why I bought this one.

Just got the stroller as a baby shower gift, we haven't used it yet. It was very easy to put together and I like how easy the click connect latches are to use/modify the seat positions. I also like that you can click the car seat into it with or without the toddler seat attached. It also folds very easily and compactly. The wheels can easily be removed to save even more space in the trunk. Again, we haven't used it yet but the stroller seems very sturdy and safe. The wheels turn very nicely and have a swivel lock for better control while running. It comes with a safety tether strap to use while running as an extra precaution so it can't roll away from you should you accidentally let go. It also has a good sized storage area under the seat. Overall I'm very pleased with it so far! We're excited to use this, and think it will last us a long time!

Very sturdy. A little heavy. But I like it for jogging and fast walks on terrible pavement conditions in my neighborhood.

We bought this stroller for our baby boy with the infant car seat as well. This was so easy to put together and has been super helpful for our baby!

Says it closes with one hand and yes ... but it is very heavy and it takes both hands to get it into the car. Aún así es muy buena y superligera al andar.

I have been looking for a stroller for several months and finally came across the modes 2.0 jogger! I love how easy it is to turn the seat around! The basket on the bottom is big and holds a lot! The convenience of being able to take the wheels off easily is so helpful for storage when you don't have a lot of extra space! I highly recommend this stroller! I have a 6 month old and a 2 year old and it works great for both of them without having to make any difficult changes!

Easy to maneuver. Baby is very comfortable riding in this stroller.

I live this jogger stroller! Very smooth and easy to steer with one hand, good size basket, parent storage and cup holders (I don't like the part where the phone goes- it messes with my volume/power buttons), snack and cup tray for my son and he can sit up and has a good high view and can nap comfortably!
I did have to spray all the tires with WD40

This is a great light weight jogger. A few things I don't love are much space it takes up in the trunk and house hard it is to access the basket when the seat is rear facing.

This stroller is amazing super comfortable for baby and pushing is so smooth. No problems when running I wish they would make a double jogger just like this were you can also turn the seats around separately that would be amazing.

We have purchased 2 of these and love how well it rides! We won?t purchase another jogger.
