I received this product at my baby shower. It was easy to assemble and my son loves it.. when it works! It turns on and off whenever it wants, then it won't shut off and I need to unplug it. Then the music and white noise sounds won't work. It's extremely frustrating because my son sleeps so well in it but problems started on day 1!

bought this swing to use at grandmas house!
not even a month after receiving the swing, the bottom piece broke, the piece that connects the metal bars to the swin to the sway bars. causing the seat to collapse! luckily by daughter was strapped in fairly tight ! and was just upside down for a second! but if she was in there tightly she wouldve fell right out onto her head! highly suggest looking into something different !

The swing is great. My nephew loves being in it. Great to calm a fussy baby with the vibration and the gliding.

I received this as a gift for my child and it was great for the first three or so months but started to stop working properly. It first started with having problems turning off and now the only speed and/or button that works on it is the 2 speed. I cannot turn it off or play music on it either. It's very disappointing as I was looking forward to the longevity that I've seen in other graco products.

Bought this when baby was about 1 month old and we decided we needed a swing. I liked the look of it and that it went forward and back, instead of side to side, since he has loved the glider chair and porch swing since day 1.

Unfortunately, the motor jerks sometimes and it sounds really awful. It does it when empty and when baby, who is rapidly getting larger, is in it. At first I thought it had maybe been put together wrong, but after coming here and seeing all the other reviews saying a similar thing, it sounds like some of them just do that, which is too bad. So much to love here if it would actually glide smoothly like the product description says it will.

So worth buying, my daughter loves it. I can leave her for hours In. She even takes naps in it

We purchased this about a month ago and it stopped working correctly. The vibration still worked, however the swing mechanism wouldn't turn on with batteries or the plug. We almost gave up and boxed it up to send back and then it miraculously came on. It seemed to work again no problem, then the swing mechanism started stuttering and got stuck. I can get it working again for a short while, however, it goes back to be stuttering when it feels. This is very disappointing.

I was very disappointed that this swing did not work out of the box. I thought it was me but I was very careful and followed the installation instructions. The swing barely moves, the Vibration never worked. It is a comfortable seat for my baby to lay in but that is it.

We registered for this swing on our baby registry. We love the size! We were looking for something that looked full size but took up minimal space.
Yes- the seat makes a clicking noise at speed 5 and 6. We typically use 1,2, and 3 anyway.
Yes- the toy bar falls off very easily. We don't use it anyway. Babies get overstimulated easily so they don't always need something to look at. For awhile our little guy was very content cooing at the ceiling. He was happy to smile at the wall. Some people forget that babies don't constantly need something in their face!
Yes- the vibration is loud.
But for the price overall it's a great swing. We use it daily and our little guy is now 5 months old. He loves swinging and playing with his toys (rattles and teethers) when I'm doing housework. I would love a quieter swing but like I said it's great for the price point!

I bought this for an expecting family member. She loved the design and concept of it. She enjoyed the different settings and functionality. Only wishes there were more color options.

I bought this before my daughter was born and it was great at first. When she hit 17lbs, it's started getting noisy. It's so loud that she can't go to sleep in it anymore. I can't sleep like I used to because her comfort is gone.

I bought this a few months back. My baby is 4 weeks old and 10 lbs. But the music has stopped. And I'm not happy about it. I would be so happy with the product of the music still worked. My son loved the music. And now he doesn't seem to like the swing as much now that it doesn't have sound

Me and my daughter loved this swing for about a month in a half now it doesnt swing. It shows it's on and does nothing.

We bought this prior to her arrival. She wouldn't have anything to do with it fresh out but a few months in and she's content for a half hour or so while I vacuum and do dishes right quick. Definitely not for a long time. She won't do that and Im fairly certain no other baby would either otherwise it would be a miracle and these things would sell out! We like that she can sit up in it and watch us move about. Shes too long now to lay in it reclined

I got this for my baby shower I had put it on my registry and I was really happy with it at first. When my daughter turned about 13 pounds she was already growing out of it. It says that it is good up to 30 pounds. Also started making loud rocking noises against hard wood floor so I'm going to see if I can get a replacement or money back hopefully. I only used it for 2 months.

I purchased this on Oct 31, and it started having issues a week or so ago. Today was the last straw when it turned on by itself. Issues I've had: started making loud clicking noise when swinging in 2.5 weeks// turns off randomly// never vibrated ( which I was willing to accept) and of course rocking by itself. ( nothing near it to have accidentally powered it on) . I am truly disappointed and now having to go on a search for a new swing .

I have always used Graco products for my children and my new one was no exception. I was excited to use this swing because I expected it to be an amazing product! However, the swing barely moves! I thought it may have been because my son was almost 10 lbs but it still doesn't move even when he is not in it! I feel like this was a total waste of money! The bar on the bottom also doesn't click in properly!

I bought this swing for my newborn daughter absolutely loved it at first then woke up one day about four months in to owning it and it wouldn't swing any more for the price it's definitely not worth it!

I love this product!! My baby sleeps so much when she has the swinging motion in combination with the vibration. I love that it is lightweight and I can move it from room to room.

Just bought this, I am due in July so I am hoping this works well for us! I am glad it plugs in to an outlet, only weird thing is the vibrate mode only works with batteries. The various noises I hope help. So far I am happy with the purchase!

My little one loves this glider! He will sleep in it for hours! The glider is fairly simple to put together and very easy to operate with multiple speed settings, sounds, and vibration. The glider can also be completely battery powered, so it's easy to move around the house with you!

When our twom month old daughter can't be quieted in any other way, we resort to technology. The glider swing keeps her happy when we are cooking in the kitchen or just need a bathroom break. She finds the movement to be completely soothing.

It makes me wonder whether I'd enjoy one in my size.

It's a little confusing to assemble because of all the curved supports. Just keep looking at the picture on the box for help when the manual gets overwhelming.

Received this as a baby shower gift and it has been a life saver. It has music, nature sounds, or white noise. Multiple level swing. Can also vibrate but a little difficult to get to the battery compartment.

I got this swing to replace a similar one we had that had broken. It does a good job calming my 3 month old down to get ready for a nap. I wish it had a canopy too to block out some light, but other than that it's a great swing.

The swing was fairly easy to put together and my son loves lounging, sleeping, and swaying in this swing. It's nice that you don't need batteries for the swing to operate. The music option is nice as well, different tunes and lullabies to choose. One downfall is the vibrator portion of my swing doesn't work but overall, I'd recommend.

Love that it has a bassinet, bouncer and bouncer seat swing option! It's perfect for our needs!

Bought this to use as a swing but its been a real life saver in the bassinet mode. My baby is always being held so to put her down while asleep is very challenging, the glider can keep her in motion and keep her asleep longer.

I have Twins and purchased 2 of these. I'm so disappointed that one of them already stopped working and my my babies are 8 weeks. What a waste!

I registered for this gliding swing and received it as a gift, the vibration mode worked for one day, used off and on throughout the day, hasn't worked since. The swing part has been a life saver at times when need to settle a fussy baby.

Received this as a gift and it worked like a charm for a solid 5 weeks. My son loved it. Its dying now and makes this weird bouncing when speed randomly changes. So disappointing since we had a similar one for my first son and it worked great for a long time.

Bought this for my grandson, now using it for my second grandson. Soft, comfy and quiet. Puts him right to sleep. I recommend this swing.

So far we love this glider. Haven't had any issues and our baby is 22 lbs. Glides fast even at setting 4.

We bought this glider because the item we were using for night time was just too loud and this is amazing. Our baby is 7 weeks and 10 lbs and it works great for him, even on the lowest setting. He falls right to sleep and stays asleep longer. It's perfect for small spaces and can be moved around easily. The only drawback is that it doesn't recline further back to lay more flat, but overall I would absolutely buy again.

We received this as a gift. It worked great for a month and now the motor is slow/dying... hardly does the rocking gliding motion. Please help us with this issue.
