I bought my swing in March even tho I just had my baby in august because I liked to be prepared, which was the worst mistake ! The swing isn't working and now I can't even use it or return it . I was so excited about this swing . It doesn't work plugged in or with the batteries..save your money this swing cost too much to be broken out the box.

I love that it's sturdy and not poorly reinforced like some others we were looking at. I like the fact that I can remove the seat and take it into another room. I like that it takes batteries as well as uses an electric chord. Also that it swings virtually in all directions. my baby likes playing with the toys we hang from it.

I bought this a little over a month ago & Would exchange this product if it wasn't paste the 30 days. The 6 speed swing works intermittently. The swing will just make clicking noises and never kick into gear. Also, the rocker positions seem to be off. I can't find a safe position for my baby in this swing/rocker. I'm not sure if I got a lemon or this is the case with all of them. I hope Graco can help me exchange this for another swing.

Bought it and didnt last not even 3 months. Music sounds like an exploded speaker and the fabric feels itchy-ish. I had a graco soother but wanted a new one. Disappointed and its so pretty

We have had this swing for a month and a half and we had the first motor go out after a month and got a replacement from track and that one still doesn't work. Don't waste your money on this thing

I just got this as a gift a few days ago and it seems to be a great swing/rocker. baby isn't born yet so I can't give a better review but it was fairly easy to put together Google the video instructions itll be better for your sanity. its quite which is great! I'm on baby #3 so I've done my shopping in the past.

Easy to put together! Our 10 year old put it together for his baby brother! Our little one loves it. He relaxes in it and falls asleep in it when he is tired. I can keep him in there while I cook or clean something. Sometimes he is fussy and the swing doesn't put him to sleep but that's just baby. So this is a great swing!

The swing is beautiful and functions great with the exception of the functions on the seat itself. I tried new batteries in the unit. We took apart the unit and there was no connection. Will be returning the unit ASAP when we receive the new one.

I'm so disheartened by this purchase. We really couldn't afford it anyway, but my husband wanted to be sweet and get it to try and help me out.. now here we are. I've barely had it swinging 10 minutes, and the motor starts making a loud "whiring" sound that woke my sleeping baby. I turned it off to "0" but the light keeps randomly blinking? I've tried to adjust it, but can't get the whiring to stop... I'm at such a loss.
And, naturally, all pertinent info/materials went out with trash pickup today

I was so excited to buy this swing for my little girl and loved it when I initially put it together. But since we've started using it, it has been nothing but problems!!!! The motor just doesn't have the power to swing anything higher than speed 2!!!! It sounds like it's trying to swing it faster, but the swing with my baby in it (10lbs) is just too heavy for the motor to move!!! And if put a blanket it on her, it can barely move at all! She's 3 months old, how is she going to enjoy this swing as she gets older if she's already too heavy for the motor???? What junk! Half the time the swing/light doesn't even turn on when you twist the nob. You have to keep turning it and wiggling it until it eventually turns on. I don't know if it has a short or what, but it's so frustrating!!!! And it clicks CONSTANTLY and the base is constantly swaying as the baby swings. It looks like it could give out at any second. The music/vibrations was great, but it only worked for 1 day. Then it just stopped working completely! I would 100% take it back if I could! Complete waste. A swing that can't even swing and for this kind of money, just forget about this and get something else.

Gifted and all the features were awesome. Kept baby content by changing, motions, sounds and easily able to transport the carrier into another room without waking baby.

I can't get the frame to sit square. I've gone through the instructions a dozen times and their is no other way to assemble the frame. I haven't even attached the bassinet yet because the frame is warped and is not stable. I've tried contacting costumer service but they won't answer just keep me on hold forever. It is so incredible frustrating this is terrible product.

We used this every morning for our first baby. She loved it. It was soothing and would help put her to sleep in no time at all! But the clicking when it swings will drive you mad. The only downfall, but worth it if she sleeps

We just got this swing for our new baby and the vibration and noise doesn't stay on. When you turn the power on it will stop inconsistently whenever it feels like it. Also, as the swing goes back and forth there is a click in it. Very annoying when it is on.

I received this swing as a baby shower gift after I added it to my registry. I"love admit, didn't do much research on the reviews as I was a first time parent and building a registry can be very overwhelming. I used it with my first baby and within a couple days the Vibration/music functioned sounded like it became possessed so we just didn't turn it on. Unfortunately my 1st didn't fit so well in the seat so it was only used 2-3 times. Fast forward to the second baby 1 1/2 year later. He actually fits great and loves the swing but after a couple days of using it, it stopped swinging, the motor still runs but sounds like an airplane taking off but doesn't swing. I am completely disappointed with this especially because of the price. There are so many better swings out there, don't waste your time or money on this one!

We received this swing as a baby registry gift. The swing itself works great and soothes our baby well. However, the vibration and sound features don't work at all. When batteries are installed, the unit vibrates and can't be controlled.

Purchased this swing a few months back. My twins weren't due until June but I got them a little early so I wasn't rushed to buy them closer to my due date. Just set both swings up and the vibration/music malfunctions on both swings. Unfortunately, I no longer have the boxes to return them. These are expensive swings and are expected to work properly when taken directly from the box. A waste of money!

I've tried a MamaRoo, Bright Starts swing, and this one. Baby has been most content in this swing. We've been using from 2 months and he is 5 months now. I've had no problems at all and only have positive things to say about this. We love it!

I recently had my swing broke on me. It left me scrambling for a new one and I found this graco one and so i decided to try it. I love how its a two in one swing. the swing comes off of base and becomes a rocking seat. Highly Recommend

We absolutely love this swing, but would love it even more if we could buy an extra base to dock the seat in? I'm constantly having to move it from the kitchen to the living room. It would be really nice to just have to take the seat and click into an additional base. Just a recommendation. PLEASE contact me if that is an option somehow!!

Swing preforms as expected but the vibration soother barely if at all works. Batteries do no seem to make connections. Fresh batteries in it and it wont stay on more than a second. Im sure there is a good reason but this product would be much better if you could also plug that part in.

I chose the swing because the reviews weren't bad. This was my second swing I took the first one back because it wasn't what I wanted I wanted one that was a bouncer and a swing. So I chose this one I just picked it up from the store today. I got home and I put it all together put the batteries in plugged it in and I used it one time and now I can't get the bouncer to work it's as if the power button is stuck and won't get unstuck. I will be taking this back to the store to get a refund. And now my son has to wait a whole nother week for his new one to get here which is a whole nother brand.
