Graco 4Ever 4-in-1 Car Seat gives you 10 years with one car seat. It’s comfortable for your child and convenient for you as it transitions from rear-facing infant car seat (4–40 lbs) to forward-facing 5-point harness seat (22–65 lbs) to high-back belt-positioning booster (30–100 lbs) to backless belt-positioning booster (40–120 lbs). For a proper fit, the Simply Safe Adjust Harness System and 10-position headrest lets you adjust the harness and headrest together, with no rethreading. Love this car seat for our 15th month old! Very sturdy and great head support. He sits very comfortably in it too. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it's kind of difficult getting him in and out of it but we can't wait to see him grow with it and have it for a long time. Thank you Graco!

Great Grace quality and love the color scheme. The adjustable height means it will last as long as we need a car seat -> booster seat. Much sturdier than competes we checked out, with the added plus of a cover that removes easily for washing.

We have this for our son and after our 6month old always cried in her carrier, we thought maybe try this since our son loves it more too. She no longer cries and the car rides are so much better. Great recline for rear facing, and even forward facing. Easy to install.

This is the second time I have purchased this car seat. My last purchase was about 4 years ago when we transitioned my son from an infant seat to this one. This is essentially a one and done car seat. At 5 years old my son is now in the boaster chair. Awaiting the arrival of my little one so we can put the second car seat to use.

I LOVE that this car seat allows my child to sit rear facing longer than other car seats according to the weight. It will be used for the years to come (following weight guidelines) which made purchasing this such an easy investment. I spent hours researching the safest car seats and Graco truly is top of the line. We are so thankful that our budget allowed for this car seat.

Great color! Only had it a week but seems to be great! The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the installation was a bit difficult compared to the other Graco car seat I have and also the recline lever is in the worse place!

This is the second 4Ever car seat we've purchased for use when we take our grandkids anywhere. This seat takes the hassle out of, "do we have the right size?" They are perfect since we have grandkids that are different ages. Depending on which grandchildren we have we can do a quick readjust to the seat and presto our grandkids are loaded up safely and ready for a day out!

Really?! A mediocre manual that is 120 pages tells it all..... I could learn to fly an F15 easier. Illustrations are not easy to interpret, and instructions try to compensate for poor design. Should have been engineered for single year use group/weight range. I would rather go out and buy the appropriate design for when the child gets taller and heavier and have them comfortable, than try to compromise and cover infant to age 6 or more. Thing of it as the failed Turducken. Only thing to rate good are the materials. Forward facing becomes a tougher task than rear facing.
Kids bought this for us to haul grandkid in our car. I would rather have picked out my own. The grandkid ends up sitting in poor posture with the shoulder strap setup, and try to get to the crotch strap (have to get buckle under but out to connect) without upsetting them!
So by my preference I would have been in the 3rd seat upgrade, and likely being simpler would have not cost as much as this one complicated fiasco that is so big there is not ample space to work it (I have to put the grandkid in sideways to get his bottom in the seat as he is taller. Try having a test group of a range of ages and sizes of people trying to work the seat in future designs... just do not rely on your engineer.

My son loves this carseat! He had the graci snugride before but he out grew it and got to be super grumpy in car seat, now with his new one he has more space and so much can be done to extend it or give him more room when he needs it and it has the quick release anchors which are SO much easier to use over the tradtional hook anchors but just as safe!

Sturdy, comfy car seat for years of development

We've enjoyed this seat so far. We've used it both rear-facing and forward-facing. The snug-lock feature makes it easy to anchor the seat very securely. There is a bit of a learning curve in using this seat, and it took some doing to figure out how to convert it from a rear-racing to a forward-facing seat. I figured it out, however, with repeated study of the instruction manual, and once I figured it out, it was no big deal. Our son has been comfortable in the seat. It is easy to get him in and out, and it's easy to adjust how much the seat reclines. We're very satisfied with the purchase thus far (we've had the seat about a month) and look forward to having it last however long our son needs it to last, until he's big enough to do without!

I've always loved Graco products, because Graco is one of the brands that floods the market and all of their products seem to have great reviews. I also have a swing and high chair from Graco and have nothing but raving reviews for those as well.

My son was in the Chicco Keyfit 360 infant seat until recently, when he got too heavy to carry in an infant seat. I installed this seat in about 5 minutes. Easy to click in, tighten, and make sure it's in place. (Make sure you're holding the base of the seat, not the top, when checking for tightness.)
The harness is easy to loosen with the button underneath the cushion, and I LOVE the fuss free feature that holds the harness out of the way so I'm not digging under my baby to grab it! It clicked in easily and tightened well on him too.
He sweat quite a bit in the Chicco infant seat, but even in a hot car with no air conditioning on a 90 degree day, he seemed to be just fine (with the windows down and air blowing on him).
I also love the color! I meant to get the aqua color but accidentally selected green and didn't realize until it was too late. But the green is so pretty too!
Loving this so far and I'm very thrilled that this is the only car seat I'll be to buy for my son until he no longer needs it!

I just purchased this car seat a couple of days ago for my moms vehicle for my 3 year old daughter. As none of us liked the car seat that was in there. Graco is my go 2 from now on. I now own 2 Graco car seats this one in my mom's vehicle and the triogrow snug lock in mine. My daughter and me both love it. It was very easy to install. And with the seatbelt lock off the car seat won't budge at all. And my daughter has extra side impact protection as she's having to sit by the door in my mom's Tahoe. Which makes me feel a little better. And she can see out the window a lot better as she's sitting higher up. So far loving it no problems at all.

I bought this carseat about a month ago for my 4 year old (and my 9 month old when my older one outgrows it) and we love it so far! Super easy to adjust and tighten the straps. They don't tangle easily or get twisted. The padding is lighter colored so it doesn't get hot like black padding. We will be buying a second one soon for our other vehicle. Only con we have found is that we have to use the seatbelt instead of the latch system due to the strap not being quite long enough to fit my vehicle's seat (Chevy Tahoe). But we do like the latch under the padding for the seat belt to stay in place better.

Used Graco carseats with my children and now with my Grandchildren. When my kids were small, I had a rollover accident and both kids were still buckled in their carseats firmly and hanging upside down. I unbuckled them and they were completely fine...just scared.
