I've bought these as baby shower gifts and I tell all my mom friends that they have to use these and not the traditional design clippers. I've lost a few pairs and quickly bought another pair (only to find the lost ones later, but I don't mind I have a few laying around!) I highly recommend. The way they clip the nails is so easy to use, I love that I can see through the top and see exactly what I am doing. They are sharp on the corner so you just have to be mindful of that and angle it correctly. Don't do it when you baby is wiggly and trying to get away, I use it when my babies are sleeping and I never have any problems clipping their nails! Love the overall design and I am so glad I found these.

Tried other clippers and drew blood (parental rite of passage!). Tried the Fridas instead and they've been great. While the form factor is a clipper, the blade is actually slightly offset like scissors which gives you more control and tactile feedback. And the window lets you make sure you've only got nail and not finger in the crosshairs. If you're worried about snipping more than you meant to, these are the clippers for you.

I do NOT recommend this product. Nail clipper injured by baby's thumb and nail bed with simple clipping. Baby's thumb was bleeding for over an hour. I am a physician, and I am very disappointed in this product.

Clippers broke after a handful of uses; like less than a dozen uses. For a product that I should be using almost every other day, this was unacceptable. Don't spend your money on a poor quality product!

These are great nail clippers for baby. They have a viewing window on top so you can see exactly how much of baby's nail (or finger) you are about to cut. Has helped prevent cutting baby's finger when I'm cutting his nails - which is a twice-weekly undertaking since they grow so fast!

My daughter is now 8 months and this nail clipper still works perfectly. It slices like scissors, at an angle, instead of a normal nail clipper. This cutting action helps to gently cut the delicate soft nails of babies and allows you to stop cutting as soon as your baby wiggles. I feel like if I used regular nail clippers that I may have hurt her finger.

These nail clippers are amazing! whenever it's time to cut my son's nails, I get so nervous, I'm afraid I'll cut his skin. But with these fridababy clippers, I'm not scared anymore! This is the BEST nail clipper. I am not nervous using it because it's basically impossible to cut anything other than your baby's nails with it. I refuse to use any other nail clipper and buy it for all my pregnant friends.

After losing my daughters clippers we had received when she was first born I decided to try these since I have been pleased with other products from Fridababy. I was skeptical at first because I thought all clippers were just about the same; I was wrong. These clippers are not only easier to use but more efficient. My only regret is not having purchased them sooner. I am expecting baby number 4 in June and I am delighted that we will have these for him from birth on.

I love these nail clippers! They cut great and have a window so I can see what I'm cutting. I've recommended them to every mom I know!

I have found that these nail clippers are the easiest to use. There is a little viewfinder so you can see the fingernail and skin clearly, so there are no accidental snips of baby's fingertips.

These nail clippers are hard to mess up with. With my first baby I used regular baby nail clippers and a few time little fingers got a little nipped. Never once did I nip our new babies fingers with these. I did have to stop using them on our littlest at 4 months old. She had really hard finger nails now and they left the nails pretty jagged. The finger nail file was great but really wish I could get more of them. I now use these clippers on my 4 year old. Her nails are much thinner and it works great for her. She hates having her nails clipped so having clippers that I can use fast is a must. I can't really blame the clippers for not working well for the new baby because babies don't normally have hard nails.

I received this as a gift, almost a year ago. I already had two different brands that I kept going back and fourth with. I can tell you, this is a MUST HAVE to own! I have NEVER loved a baby product as much as I do this. The design is shaped greatly! Makes it pretty much impossible to clip your little ones finger on accident! As a new mom I was scared to clip our babies nails, but they grow so fast and I liked leaving her mitten free as she loved sucking her thumb even in my tummy! At first we would file her nails and shortly after started to clip them! 4 months in we've never had an owie and I don't have to wait until she's sleeping to clip her nails!

My 2 Littles nails seem to grow faster than I can keep up. And they are sharp! So sharp, but with the clippers and the file I can help keep the sharp claw-like digging into our arms at a minimum.
