Fisher-Price My Little SnugaMonkey Ultra Comfort Musical Gym

Absolutely terrible quality control. My kid LOVED it for about a week until the monkeys stopped spinning. I turned it off and on, replaced the batteries, etc. Nothing. The music played and the lights still flashed, but the monkeys would no longer spin and that was her favorite part. I sent it back and got a replacement one. This one lasted a whole 20 minutes before the exact same thing happened. Just to clarify, this is not user error. I went online to a bunch of different websites and EVERYONE is having the same problem. FP needs to either pull this product or switch out the motor. At an $80 price point, this should not be happening...

I bought this more expensive gym to keep my baby more interested. My girl is not even 2 months old and I've only used this a couple weeks now. It's broken. The monkeys don't spin, the power button (icon) changes the song and the song doesn't even play on the last two settings. And of course I don't have the receipt. A big company like this should at least user-test their products. Power buttons, should be for power ONLY.

My son has the entire Snuga Monkey collection! We are well pleased! I really wish that you all had a Snuga Monkey jumper. Please consider making one really soon!

I bought this gym mat for my my Son when he was 4 months. I really liked it for many reasons 1. The mat is large and comfortable and thick 2. My son likes the toys in there. 3. The monkey pillow is good. This is his second gym mat. I bought this because my previous one was small for him.

We've had numerous with this product....and fisher prices quality control needs to do a better job. The first time we received this product the motor stopped working after 2 weeks. We were able to replace it with another from the store we got it from but that motor started making a loud gear grinding noise and then stopped working after 2 days. This wasn't due to user error...these are just terribly built motors. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The pad is so soft to lay on. Has a variety of music that is very soothing, not annoying at all. Love the different toys it comes with, especially the monkey pillow. The lights on the mobile are very nice, sadly though they only come on for one of the settings. I would definitely recommend this to others.
